Concealed Weapons. As a result of integration into the Los Angeles Police Department and the Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act of 2004, current bargaining unit members and qualified retired employees shall be authorized to carry concealed weapons while off duty. This authorization is contingent upon meeting the criteria set forth in 18 U.S. Code 926 B and 926 C. Steps
Concealed Weapons. Resident shall not carry, possess, use or store weapons (including firearms) on the Premises. As a condition of living on the Premises, Resident agrees not to possess or use any weapons on the Premises, to voluntarily waive any legal rights related to the possession of weapons, and acknowledges they are prohibited. This waiver is voluntary, in exchange for living and dining in CSU housing facilities and applies even if Resident has a lawful permit to carry a concealed firearm pursuant to C.R.S. 00-00-000 et. seq. This waiver also includes all rights that may be asserted by Resident under the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution or Article II, Section 13 of the Colorado Constitution. Any possession or use of any weapon on the Premises may result in further action under applicable law or University disciplinary procedures. Concealed Weapons. Possession, use, or sale of deadly weapons, firearms, prohibited knives (as legally defined) or explosives on work premises, while operating company equipment or vehicles for work-related purposes, or while engaged in company business off premises is forbidden by the company. This policy applies to all employees, including those who have a valid permit to carry a firearm.
Concealed Weapons. The School shall not authorize any personnel (whether employees, independent contractors, or otherwise) to carry concealed weapons on School grounds or at School activities pursuant to § 18-12-214(3)(b), C.R.S. without first notifying the Institute and complying with the requirements of this Section 7.11. Such notice shall be made before the School initially begins authorizing any personnel to carry concealed weapons, as well as annually thereafter within 30 days of the first day of classes each school year. Before initially authorizing such personnel to carry concealed weapons, and annually thereafter, the School must:
i. Deliver written notice (electronic or otherwise) to the parents of all enrolled students (1) disclosing the School’s safety plan which includes the plan to authorize concealed carry by designated personnel, and (2) providing notice of the meeting described in paragraph
ii. below, at least 30 days in advance of such meeting;
Concealed Weapons. Are strictly prohibited on the ESC of Central Ohio premises.
Concealed Weapons. Contractor prohibits all Subcontractors and their employees or agents from carrying or possessing firearms while acting in the course and scope of employment.
