CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. A. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION Only Students of the Georgia Institute of Technology who are registered for a minimum of nine (9) credit hours shall be eligible for a housing space. Any student who withdraws or is involuntarily removed from school shall no longer be eligible for housing effective immediately upon withdrawal or removal and must move-out within twenty-four hours after withdrawal. Exceptions to these criteria may be made at the discretion of the Assistant Vice President & Executive Director of Housing and will be in writing. If admission to Georgia Institute of Technology is denied or revoked, it is the responsibility of the Student to notify Georgia Institute of Technology’s Department of Housing in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of denial from Georgia Institute of Technology. The Student must provide a copy of the denial letter from Georgia Institute of Technology. Notifications submitted to other Georgia Institute of Technology offices (i.e., Admission’s Office, Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, etc.) DO NOT comply with this requirement.

CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. Colorado Mesa University Student Residency Requirement Students who have earned less than 60 credit hours, are under 21 years of age, and not residing with their parents within Mesa County, are required to live on campus, provided that space is available. All students who meet the criteria in the sentence above agree to submit either a Housing Application or Housing Policy Exemption Request annually by April 15th prior to the academic year. Information about who qualifies for an exemption can be found on the Residence Life website. The residence hall schedule of rates and all Colorado Mesa University policies and procedures are incorporated herein and made a part of this Contract by reference. These rates and policies may be found on our website: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx-xxxx Acceptance of this Contract does not constitute or guarantee admission to Colorado Mesa University. Assignment to on-campus housing and liability for any amounts due hereunder except the Application Fee (as defined below) are conditional upon final acceptance for admission by the University. Note: Application for admission to the University and application for Residence Hall or Apartment accommodations are separate transactions acted upon separately by the University. Submission of this Contract and the Application Fee by the Student does not guarantee that the Student will be assigned to on-campus housing. Qualified students for whom space is not available will be placed on a waiting list and notified of this status. If the Student is not assigned housing, the Student will not be liable for any amounts due hereunder. This Contract is for the Student only and may not be assigned to another party.

Students enrolled full-time Spring Semester 2019, may live in summer housing without being enrolled. Any first time student who withdraws or any student that is involuntarily removed from school shall no longer be eligible for housing effective immediately upon withdrawal or removal and must move-out within twenty-four hours after withdrawal. Exceptions to these criteria may be made at the discretion of the Assistant Vice President of Housing or their designee and will be in writing. If admission to Georgia Institute of Technology is denied or revoked, it is the responsibility of the Student to notify Georgia Institute of Technology’s Department of Housing in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of denial from Georgia Institute of Technology. Or any Student who resided with the Department of Housing the previous spring semester as an enrolled full- time student and who will reside with the Department of Housing in the upcoming Fall and Spring semesters while being enrolled full-time, may live summer housing without being enrolled for summer. Any Student who withdraws or is involuntarily removed from school shall no longer be eligible for housing effective immediately upon withdrawal or removal and must check-out within twenty-four hours after withdrawal. Exceptions to these criteria may be made at the discretion of the Assistant Vice President and Executive Director of Housing and will be in writing. The Student’s Contract will be processed regardless of the status of the Student’s admission to Georgia Institute of Technology. If admission to Georgia Institute of Technology is denied, it is the responsibility of the Student to notify Georgia Institute of Technology’s Department of Housing in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of denial from Georgia Institute of Technology. The Student must provide a copy of the denial letter from Georgia Institute of Technology. Notifications submitted to other Georgia Institute of Technology offices (i.e., Admission’s Office, Registrar’s Office, Bursar’s Office, etc.) DO NOT comply with this requirement. Domestic Partnerships must be verified and approved by the Office of The Xxxx of Students. "A married or single parent and his/her minor child (xxx), including xxxxxx child (ren) and wards must jointly occupy the apartment at least 25 days per month. Only minor child (ren), including xxxxxx child (ren) and wards may reside in the apartment with the parent(s). Families with three or four members will be assigned a two-bedroom apartment. No more than four persons may reside in a two-bedroom apartment. Proof of legal guardianship must be submitted to the Graduate and Family Housing Office prior to the arrival of these child(ren). A Student may petition the Executive Director of Housing for a waiver of this requirement."
CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT. Colorado Mesa University Student Residency Requirement The University requires that all students admitted as new freshmen and transfer students who graduated from high school less than two years before their term of CMU/WCCC enrollment live in a residence hall for four semesters, subject to availability of space, unless they request and are granted an exemption prior to fulfilling the four-semester requirement. All students who meet the criteria in the sentence above agree to submit either a Housing Application or Housing Policy Exemption Request annually prior to the academic year. Information about who qualifies for an exemption can be found on the Residence Life website. Students who are not required to live on campus are still eligible to live in a residence hall and may apply by submitting a Housing Application to Residence Life. Students younger than 16 years of age or older than 24 years of age should contact a Residence Life Assistant Director or Director prior to submitting a housing application to discuss their housing options on a case by case basis.
