Summer Housing. Summer housing is available to students during periods in which they are registered for classes. Room charges are figured on a weekly basis. It is the responsibility of the Student to notify the Office of Student Living and College Engagement of any changes in their occupancy dates at least seven days prior to the change. If changes are not made, the billing will continue based on the dates of this agreement. All summer room rent must be paid in advance in order to process a room assignment.
Summer Housing. On-campus student housing is available for Summer Semester. If you are not in The Village and wish to register for Summer Semester housing, complete the additional application. These Terms shall be fully effective for the License Term. Additional terms and conditions may apply to Summer Semester housing. Residence Halls are closed in Summer Semester; if you are assigned to a Residence Hall unit and apply for Summer Semester housing, then you will be reassigned, at least for Summer Semester, to an Apartment. The University reserves the right to reassign student housing as described in Section 8.3.
Summer Housing. Summer housing is offered in one designated residence hall. You can apply for summer housing in your My ESU portal beginning April 1, 2022. You can also tell us on your application the length of time you are going to be staying here, and you will be billed according to the number of nights that you need housing. A meal plan is required while classes are in session. RIGHT OF ASSIGNMENT – The University reserves the right to make room assignments, temporary assignments, consolidations, and re-assignments when necessary. Assignments to housing space are made without regard to race, creed, color, age, origin, sexual orientation, or religion. Generally, students must be enrolled full-time to reside on campus. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of the Housing Office, as space permits. TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS – Residents assigned to temporary housing locations will be notified as openings occur in permanent spaces. Students will continue to be assigned in order of the date their contracts were received. The student's original area and room-type preference will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Once residents are notified of their permanent assignment, staying in temporary housing the entire semester is not an option. The student is required to move out within 48 hours of notification. MANAGERS – Sycamore Suites and University Ridge are owned by University Properties, Inc. XXX has hired the University to manage Hawthorn Suites, Hemlock Suites, Sycamore Suites and University Ridge Apartments. The term “Manager” as used in this Agreement means the University. LIVING SPACE FURNISHINGS – Student living space is furnished with beds, mattresses, dressers, desks, chairs, and closet space. Additional furnishings are provided in the Suites, University Apartments, and University Ridge. The student is not permitted to remove any furniture, equipment, or any other property belonging to the University or UPI. Property of the residence hall, such as lounge furniture, may not be moved into student living space nor may any furniture be removed from the residence hall.

Summer Housing. To be eligible to live in WSU residence halls for Summer 2023, you must be formally accepted and enrolled in at least 1 credit for classes at WSU for Summer 2023 or Fall 2023. For non-WSU students, proof of enrollment at another educational institution for Summer or Fall 2023 may be required.

If you are in default of payment, you are liable for all legal and collection costs. Room rates include the following amenities: laundry, air conditioning, internet access, all utilities, kitchen facilities, 24/7 staffing. Room rates are determined annually and are subject to change. Summer Housing. Residents wishing to continue living in University Village after completion of the academic year must complete a Summer Housing Contract between the first day of Spring classes and April 30, 2022 to receive a discounted housing rate for Summer 2022. Conversion fees will apply, please see the conversion form schedule that will be sent to each student via email in January. Students who complete a Summer Housing Contract after May 1, 2022 will be charged the Summer Only housing rate. Students entering into a Summer Contract acknowledge that they may have to move to a different assignment in the summer based on facility inventory.
Summer Housing. Housing in the residence halls may be available to existing students registered for Buffalo State University summer sessions. Pre‐registration for summer housing with the Residence Life Office is a requirement. Information will be communicated to all students near the end of the spring semester regarding summer housing. Summer housing is a separate additional cost incurred for the duration of the housing period. Family College Housing Family College is a comprehensive program that is designed to provide on campus accommodations for single parents with dependent children and/or married/domestic partners with children in an apartment setting. The basic principle behind the Family College Program is to create a conducive and supportive environment for students with children to attend University who might otherwise not be able to. A separate License for Family College students is provided when a student requests this style of housing. Residence Hall Community Policies Residence Life has adopted “community policies” for all residence halls to abide by Federal Law, State Law and the University Code of Conduct. These policies do not supersede the aforementioned laws or policies but are meant to enhance the residential experience for all students. Students found in violation of these policies may have their housing affected or terminated. Students and guests who are present for violations will be held responsible for contributing to those violations if they knowingly had the opportunity to stop the violationand did not, or if they make the conscious decision to not remove themselves from the situation and/or report it to a staff member.
Summer Housing. The license under this License Agreement does not cover summer housing. If Licensee intends to stay in housing during summer, Licensee must complete a separate application and be approved for summer housing and paying the summer housing license fee. Summer residents will be assigned housing spaces by CSUSM Housing and, in most if not all cases, will need to relocate to an alternate space during the summer housing period.
