Configuration of Building and Programs. 13 14 The Administrator in charge of the program and the Building Principals shall 15 determine the appropriate configuration of their program/building based on 16 the staffing levels determined above. 17 18 c. Assignments/Reassignments within Building/Programs 19 20 The program/building will post openings in the program/building for at least 3 21 days prior to making decisions on assignments. The administrator in charge 22 of the building/program will make assignment and reassignment of 23 employees to fit the needs of the appropriately configured building/program. 24 Assignment/reassignment includes assignment to same grade/subject area 25 as the employee‘s current assignment or reassignment within the 26 building/program to a new grade/subject area. Where a program involves 27 more than one administrator, the administrators will cooperate and work with 28 the Superintendent in determining the appropriate assignments within that 29 program. 31 Employees returning from a leave of absence will be placed at a building or 32 program by the District for assignment in their same or a similar position. 33 34 d. Transfers Between Overstaffed/Understaffed Buildings/Programs 35 36 After making initial Building/Program assignments, the District will determine 37 the specific understaffing needs and the programs/buildings where 38 overstaffing exists. 39 40 e. Posting of Open Positions 41 42 If the District is understaffed, but there are no buildings or programs 43 overstaffed, the vacancies will be posted. 44 45 6. Transfers 46 47 If transfers are needed due to understaffing and overstaffing within different 48 buildings/programs, the following process will be applied:

  • Access to Premises Landlord, its agents, servants, or employees may enter the Premises at reasonable times with reasonable advance notice to Tenant (or an authorized employee of Tenant at the Premises), and at any time, upon reasonable notice to Tenant under the circumstances, in an emergency, to do the following: inspect the Premises; comply with all laws, orders, ordinances and requirements of any governmental unit or authority for which Landlord may be responsible under this Lease, if any; show the Premises to prospective lenders or purchasers and, during the ninety (90) days immediately prior to the expiration of this Lease if Tenant declines to renew for an additional term in accordance with the provisions of this Lease, to prospective tenants, but only if all such showings are accompanied by a representative of Tenant if so requested by Tenant; or post (on the Development, but not within or at the entrance of the Premises) for sale or for lease signs; provided; however, that all such entries shall be completed promptly in a good workmanlike manner so as to cause the least practical interference to Tenant’s business and Tenant’s use of the Premises. In all events, Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with the Premises and Tenant’s business operations thereon. If Landlord’s entry materially and substantially interferes with the conduct of Tenant’s business and/or cause damage to Tenant’s property (and the entry is not needed because of Tenant’s default, negligence or willful misconduct), then in such event the rent and any sums due and payable as additional rents, shall xxxxx in proportion to the extent of the interference and Landlord shall be liable for any damage to Tenant’s property.
