Consecutive Days of Service. ‌ (a) No Professional Member shall be scheduled or called to provide services on more than six (6) consecutive days. Regular and Supplementary Members providing services or in attendance for calls on more than six (6) consecutive days will be compensated at one and one-half times the otherwise applicable rates for all services commencing with the seventh day. (b) One time per season, Professional Members may be scheduled or called to provide services on seven (7) consecutive days under the following circumstances: (i) The Association will notify the AGMA Committee of the scheduling of the seven (7) consecutive days during the meeting prior to the first tentative calendar set forth in Section 7.8(d) or as soon as practicable thereafter. (ii) The seven (7) consecutive days should be listed on the Final Rehearsal and Performance Schedule set forth in Section 7.8(a) whenever possible. (iii) Regular and Supplementary Members providing services or in attendance for calls on more than seven (7) consecutive days will be compensated at one and one-half times the otherwise applicable rates for all services commencing on the eighth (8th) day. Beginning with the 2022/2023 Season, the Association will not exercise this option during the months of June or December unless payment is made pursuant to Section 17.2(d). (c) In addition, the Association may seek approval of the AGMA Committee to schedule or call Professional Members for services on seven (7) consecutive days for a second time in a season in order to avoid scheduling a service on a Holiday, and if approved it will be subject to above paragraph (b)(iii).
