Consecutive Days Worked in Successive Calen­ dar Weeks. For all employees, time and one-half ( 1 Vj ) the employee's straight time rate of pay shall be paid for the eighth (8th) consecutive day worked in suc­ cessive calendar weeks, and for each day worked thereafter until consecutive days v/orked are broken by a day off. When the eighth (8th) consecutive day worked falls on a premium day, additional one-half ( V2 ) the straight time rate of pay shall be added to the established rate of pay for such day. Work on premium days shall be counted as days worked for the purpose of the continuity of consecutive days worked under this section, but a holiday not worked will break said continuity of consecutive days under this Section. This Section shall not apply to employees regularly scheduled on a six day basis, and further that other arrangements may be made by mutual agreement by the Employer, employee and the Union.

  • Consecutive Days Off The Employer shall schedule consecutive days off for all full-time employees except where a full-time employee requests otherwise. Where possible, part-time employees shall have consecutive days off every second week. Where it can be demonstrated by the Shop Xxxxxxx, to the Employer’s satisfaction, that scheduling of consecutive days off can be accomplished without an adverse effect on the operation of the department, the Employer shall do so.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.
