CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. If any provisions of an agreement between the Board and the Union shall be found contrary to law, then such provision of application shall not be deemed to be valid and subsisting except the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. If it is mutually agreed if changes are to be made in the negotiation agreement while it is in force, such changes will be made by the negotiation process.

If any provisions of the agreement between the Board and the Union for the Monitors shall be found contrary to law, then such provisions or applications shall not be deemed to be valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. If it is mutually agreed that changes are to be made in the negotiated agreement while it is in force, the negotiation process will make such changes.
CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. 1.1 If any provision of the present Agreement between the Board and the Association shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application shall not be valid, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect. Any provision found contrary to law shall be changed to conform to the law.

CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. The Snoqualmie Mill PCI Plan is consistent with the City of Snoqualmie Comprehensive Plan and applicable City development regulations pertaining to PCI Plans (Exhibit “ ”). This Agreement is likewise consistent with the terms and conditions of the Snoqualmie Mill PCI Plan and applicable City development regulations, including development regulations specifically applicable to PCI Plans and deviations allowed pursuant to such development regulations.
CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. 23.1 If any provision of an agreement between the Board and the Union shall be found contrary to law, then such provision or application shall be deemed invalid except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions or applications shall continue in full force and effect.
CONSISTENCY WITH LAW. At any time the parties determine that this provision is inconsistent with law, the parties will meet to resolve the inconsistencies.

It is mutually agreed if changes are to be made in the negotiation agreement, while it is in force, the negotiation process will make such changes.
