Current Salary Schedule. 17.10.1 The Certificated Employees Salary Schedules for 2021-2022 are in Appendix A: 17.10.1.1 For the 2021-2022 year, 3% is added to the Certificated Salary Schedule, the School Psychologist Salary Schedule, the Speech Language Pathologist Salary Schedule, and the Early Childhood Education Salary Schedule effective July 1, 2021. 17.10.2 The District agrees to pay those teachers currently receiving the substitute rate at the employee substitute rate for each period they substitute during their preparation period when the teacher chooses to cash in the time rather than take the time off. 17.10.3 There shall be a stipend of $1856.60 for those speech therapists assigned fifty- five (55) or more students.

Current Salary Schedule. 17.10.1 The Certificated Employees Salary Schedules for 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 are in Appendix A: The following salary schedule modifications will occur during the term of this contract: 17.10.1.1 Salary Enhancement #1 - For the 2018-2019 year, 2.4% added to the Certificated Salary Schedule, the School Psychologist Salary Schedule and the Speech Language Pathologist Salary Schedule, effective July 1, 2018 (1.2% for additional Professional Learning Time and an additional 1.2% compensation enhancement.) The Early Childhood Education Salary Schedule shall be increased by 1.2% effective July 1, 2018. 17.10.1.2 Salary Enhancement #2 - For the 2019-2020 year, 1.2% added to the Certificated Salary Schedule, the School Psychologist Salary Schedule, the Speech Language Pathologist Salary Schedule, and the Early Childhood Education Salary Schedule effective July 1, 2019. 17.10.1.3 For the 2019-2020 school year, a formula shall be used to calculate any increase to the four certificated salary schedules referenced above that would be in addition to the increase to the salary schedules agreed to in 17.10.
Current Salary Schedule. 17.12.1 The current Certificated Employees Salary Schedule is contained in Appendix A. 17.12.1.1 There shall be a 6% salary schedule increase (excluding Extra Duty Salary Schedule) and to section 17.6.5.1 hourly rates paid for the 2006­2007 school year retroactive to July 1, 2006. 17.12.1.2 Effective July 1, 2007, the District shall increase the 2006­ 2007 teacher salary schedule. The increase shall be by a percent equal to the percent increase in the District’s funded Base Revenue Limit per Average Daily Attendance (BRL/ADA) for 2007­2008 as compared to 2006­2007. Such increase shall include all increases to the District’s funded BRL/ADA including cost of living adjustments, deficit reduction, equalization aid, and /or any other permanent, on­ going increase to the District’s funded BRL/ADA (and shall be reduced by any deficit factor applied to such increase). While the District recommends that the entire increase be applied to the salary schedule, WTA may determine that a portion of the increase may be applied to the health benefits cap. Although the District may not know of the 2007­2008 health benefits rates until October, 2007, WTA must notify the District, in writing, by June 1st that the option to put money on benefits has been exercised. If the option is not exercised, the full increase will be applied to the salary schedule effective July 1, 2007 or as soon as the District’s 2007­2008 funding is verified. If the option is exercised, no increase will be applied to salaries until WTA provides notice of the amount to be placed on benefits. The District will implement the resulting salary increase and benefits increase for the next monthly paycheck possible after such notice. 17.12.2 The District agrees to pay those teachers currently receiving the substitute rate at the employee substitute rate for each period they substitute during their preparation period when the teacher chooses to cash in the time rather than take the time off. 17.12.3.1 Upon employment, speech therapists will be provided salary credit for every year of speech therapy experience in the public schools up to a maximum of fifteen (15) years.

This additional 5% will expire on June 30, 2023 and shall not be ongoing. 17.10.1.2 For the 2023-2024 year, 3% is added to the Certificated Salary Schedule, the School Psychologist Salary Schedule, the Speech Language Pathologist Salary Schedule, and the Early Childhood Education Salary Schedule effective July 1, 2023. For the 2023-2024 school year, a 4% off schedule salary enhancement will be paid to bargaining unit members in equal payments per their monthly pay schedule. The 4% salary enhancement will be based on the bargaining unit member’s 2023-2024 salary. This additional 4% will expire on June 30, 2024 and shall not be ongoing.
Current Salary Schedule. The salary of each teacher covered by the local salary schedule is set forth in Appendix B, updated annually, which is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.

Related to Current Salary Schedule

  • Salary Schedule The salaries of employees covered by this agreement are set forth in the salary schedule in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated into this agreement.

  • Salary Schedules (a) The salary schedules shall be incorporated into this Agreement as Appendix V. (b) Salary schedules will contain Career Enhancement/Growth steps as described in Section 45.6.

  • Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule.

  • Salary Schedule Placement College Training A. Unit members qualifying for the “Entry Level Salary” shall remain at this level until they met the minimum requirements for placement on any other salary column (1-4). Upon verification of documentation qualifying unit members for placement upon any other salary column (1-4), the unit member shall then be placed upon the appropriate step on that salary column in accordance with his/her length of service. B. School Nurses who have a Bachelor’s degree, qualify for crediting of previous experience, but have not completed 30 semester units after the Bachelor’s degree or the appropriate clear credential, shall be exempt from placement at “Entry Level Salary”; shall instead, be placed on Column 1; and shall advance on the salary schedule in accordance with the Agreement for unit members. C. Unit members placed on “COLUMN 1” of the Salary Schedules by the agreement (Appendix C1) between the Association and the District shall advance on the schedule in accordance with that agreement (Appendix C1). D. All college or university credits which will qualify a unit member for a new salary placement must be verified by official college or university transcripts in order to justify a contract revision. Such college or university credits must be obtained from an institution of higher learning which is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges or other recognized accreditation organization. Salary revision shall be effective following District approval (as stipulated by this Article) of the necessary credits for column advancement. E. The unit requirement for each salary column is stated in semester hours of credit; quarter hour credits can be converted into semester hours by multiplying 2/3. F. For salary schedule purposes, only semester units earned after the completion of the Bachelor’s Degree shall be considered. G. Credit will not be granted for any course for which less than a "C" grade is earned. H. Unit members shall not enroll in courses which conflict with the work day. I. A major teaching field is considered to be 36 semester hours (12 of which must be upper division or graduate), a minor teaching field is considered to be 20 semester hours (8 of which must be upper division or graduate). J. Repeat credit may be granted for a course taken at an accredited institution in which the content field has recently undergone substantial change or, in the case of a course originally taken many years ago, an updating of study is desirable. K. Course work, for salary credit must be upper division, graduate level, or transferable* lower division courses, taken at an accredited college or university, and must conform to one or more of the following guidelines: 1. Units may be taken in a subject directly related to the teaching/work assignment. 2. Units may be taken in a subject directly related to a person’s major or minor. For unit members in a self-contained classroom program; a subject commonly taught in the elementary school. For unit members in a departmentalized classroom program; courses in an additional major or minor. 3. Units may be taken in a subject directly related to an advanced degree in professional education or in a subject related to the teaching/work assignment. 4. Units may be taken in a subject directly related to a credential or certificate authorized by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. 5. Units may be taken in a Board authorized, District sponsored, professional activity. Credit equivalent will be adopted at the time of such Board action. *A transferable lower division course is a lower division course taken at an accredited college or university that is acceptable for baccalaureate graduation credit at another accredited college or university. L. The submission of transcripts for columnar advancement of the salary schedule is limited to two (2) submission dates per school year. Additional units may be banked for future salary schedule advancement. M. Transcripts for completed units must be submitted to the Human Resources Division no later than the first of September or February for salary adjustment. Adjustment for qualifying units submitted no later than the first of September will be retroactively made effective on the first work day of the school year. Adjustment for qualifying units submitted no later than the first of February will be retroactively made effective on the first work day of the calendar year.

  • Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.

  • Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Sec. 503 REGULAR PAY DAY: Employees shall be paid on or about the Friday following the end of the biweekly payroll period.

  • Salary Scales ‌ 2.5.1 Effective from 1 January 2024, and subject to the Remuneration provisions in the Terms of Settlement, a 4% increase will apply to all paid and printed rates. The following Allied Divisions shall refer to the applicable schedules for their scales: MIT, UCOL and Otago. 2.5.2 Effective from 1 January 2025, kaimahi will be translated into the following salary scale, which includes the 4% salary increase: Band Step (N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ) Scale Scale 2025 (4%) 40 hours Band Step(N/A for UCOL and TOPNZ Scale 2025 (4%) Scale 2025 (4%)

  • Placement on the Salary Schedule Members of the bargaining unit shall be placed on the salary schedule at the step appropriate for training and creditable years of experience.

  • Pay Schedule 50.01 The regularly scheduled pay day shall be bi-weekly, every other Friday. Pay shall be by direct deposit to the employee’s financial institute as on record with the Employer, with an electronic pay statement issued to the employee on or before the pay date. 50.02 The employee’s pay stub shall be delivered to the employee’s workplace and distributed to the employee on or before the specified pay date. 50.03 Employees shall be paid in accordance with Schedule “A” of this agreement.

  • Vacation Schedule 1. Vacation periods shall be fixed by the Employer to suit the requirements of his business, but as far as possible and practicable, vacations will be given during the summer months, and for employees with school-age children, during the school vacations. Vacation periods shall be unbroken unless by mutual consent between Employer and employee, or where it is impractical. Grievances relating to this Section shall be subject to the Adjustment and Arbitration Procedure in this Agreement. 2. Time off, based upon service in the Industry Vacation Plan, may be granted to an employee by mutual agreement between the Employer and the employee. The Employer shall not be required to give time off based upon service under the Industry Vacation Plan. However, if such additional industry vacation time off is granted to an employee, such time off shall be counted as time worked for the purpose of computing the employee's earned vacation benefits on his next anniversary date of employment.
