Constructability Analysis. Construction Manager shall, throughout the Project, analyze the: (i) feasibility of construction methods; (ii) availability and selection of Materials, building systems, and equipment (iii) availability of labor; and (iv) time requirements for procurement and construction. Based on its analysis, Construction Manager shall deliver, and meet with Owner Parties to discuss, its formal opinion of the constructability of the major systems and components of the Work, promptly after Design Professional issues the Schematic Design Documents and the Construction Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Project Schedule. Construction Manager’s formal opinion shall include a review of the types and quantities of labor required for the Work and its availability and shall include recommendations to minimize adverse effects of labor shortages.
Constructability Analysis. The Department will review the study area for constructability and identify possible issues related to the maintenance of traffic (vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle) access to adjacent properties during construction.
Constructability Analysis. The Engineer shall consider the requirement for construction, including construction phasing, throughout development of the geometric schematic and preliminary layouts. The Engineer shall develop a construction phasing sequence to ensure that the conceptual and recommended schematic designs can be constructed. Phasing must be depicted on typical section by phase.
