Construction and Sales Trailers. After expiration of the Inspection Period, Buyer shall have the right and license to place 1 construction trailer or temporary building (“Construction Trailer”), 1 sales trailer or temporary building (“Sales Trailer”), and a parking lot to serve the Sales Trailer at a location in the Subdivision which shall be reasonably agreed upon by Seller and Buyer prior to the expiration of the Inspection Period. Buyer shall obtain any necessary permits and comply with all applicable laws of the applicable Governmental Authorities governing the use of the Construction Trailer, Sales Trailer and/or parking lot. Buyer shall not allow any lien or encumbrance relating to Buyer’s use or improvement to attach to any property which Bxxxx has not purchased. Bxxxx agrees to hold Seller harmless from and indemnify Seller against any and all claims, damages and liability occasioned by or resulting from Bxxxx’s use of or activities on any such Lot. If this Agreement is terminated, Buyer, at Buyer’s expense, shall remove the improvements installed by Buyer within ninety (90) days after such termination in such a manner and to such extent that the applicable property shall be returned to substantially the same condition as existed prior to improvement by Buyer. At Seller’s request the parties shall enter into a separate license agreement on a reasonable form mutually agreeable to the parties for Buyer’s placement of a Contraction Trailer or Sales Trailer on Seller’s property.

Construction and Sales Trailers. Developer shall have the right to install, for each approved site plan, one (1) mobile construction office trailer and one (1) sales trailer for each Residential unit type shown on such approved plan. If there are multiple Residential builders for unit types covered by an approved site plan, each builder will be entitled to one (1) mobile construction office trailer and one (1) sales trailer for each unit type marketed by the builder. Sanitary sewer and public water service, at Developer’s election, shall not be required for construction office trailers or sales trailer. Each construction trailer may be maintained until completion of: all site improvements, all land development activities and the construction of all homes in the Development. Each sales trailer may be maintained for up to twenty-four (24) months from its installation. Developer shall not be required to obtain site plan approval, Township Board, Zoning Board of Appeals or any other Township approval prior to installing the trailers described in this Section.

  • CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION Construction and renovation projects for a state, local, territorial, or Tribal government’s principal Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as defined by the State Administrative Agency are allowable under the EMPG Program. Written approval must be provided by FEMA prior to the use of any EMPG Program funds for construction or renovation. Projects for which the Sub-Recipient believes an Environmental Assessment (EA) may be needed, as defined in as defined in DHS Instruction Manual 023-01-001-01, Revision 01, FEMA Directive 108-1 and FEMA Instruction 108-1-1, must also be identified to the FEMA EMPG Regional Program Manager within six months of the award, and completed EHP review materials must be submitted no later than 12 months before the end of the period of performance. EHP review packets should be sent to xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. EMPG Program Sub-Recipients using funds for construction projects must comply with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. §§ 3141 et seq.). Grant Sub-Recipients must ensure that their contractors or subcontractors for construction projects pay workers no less than the prevailing wages for laborers and mechanics employed on projects of a character similar to the contract work in the civil subdivision of the state in which the work is to be performed.   • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff.   • Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
