Construction Period Insurance. At any time when demolition or construction work is being performed on or about the Premises or Building by or on behalf of Tenant, the Tenant shall keep in full force and effect the following insurance coverage in each instance with policies reasonably acceptable to Landlord, including, without limitation, the amount of any deductible thereunder: (1) builder’s risk completed value (nonreporting form) in such form and affording such protections as required by Landlord, naming Landlord and its mortgagees as additional insureds; and (2) workers’ compensation or similar insurance in form and amounts required by law. Tenant shall cause a certificate or certificates of such insurance to be delivered to Landlord prior to the commence- ment of any work in or about the Building or the Premises, in default of which Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to obtain any or all such insurance at the expense of Tenant, in addition to any other right or remedy of Landlord. The provisions of this §11.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Construction Period Insurance the Required Insurances in respect of the period from the date of this Agreement to the Services Availability Date for each School; the programme for the carrying out of the Works as contained in Part 3 of Schedule 2 (Contractor's Proposals) as updated from time to time in accordance with clause 11 (Construction Programme) or Schedule 8 (Review Procedure); the proposals for the [provision/refurbishment] of the Schools to satisfy the Facilities Output Specification, as set out in Schedule 2 (Contractor's Proposals) Part 1 and as amended pursuant to the terms of this Agreement; all or any pollutants or contaminants, including any chemical or industrial, radioactive, dangerous, toxic or hazardous substance, waste or residue (whether in solid, semi-solid or liquid form or a gas or vapour); the contingent or future liabilities to subscribe for equity or subordinated debt (if any) at the relevant time of: the Shareholders; and/or the Subordinated Lenders; and/or any other parties providing equity or subordinated debt, owed under any of the Financing Agreements to the Contractor, Holdco and/or the Senior Lenders together with, without double counting, any security (by way of letter of credit, guarantee or otherwise) for those liabilities28; has the meaning given to it in clause 45.7 (Notice to Continue); the plan set out at section [ ] of the Service Delivery Proposals29; the period from and including the Commencement Date to the Expiry Date, or if earlier, the Termination Date; a period of twelve (12) months commencing on 1 April, provided that:

Throughout the performance of the Tenant Improvements and the Tenant's Work, if the Tenant’s Work is performed by Lessor, Lessor shall carry and shall cause all contractors and their subcontractors to carry the insurance set forth below covering all occurrences in or about the Building, and County shall be named as a party assured, together with the Lessor, contractor, or subcontractor, as the case may be:

Tenant shall cause a certificate or certificates of such insurance to be delivered to Landlord prior to the commencement of any work in or about the Building or the Premises, in default of which Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to obtain any or all such insurance at the expense of Tenant, in addition to any other right or remedy of Landlord. The provisions of this Section 11.2 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Tenant shall cause a certificate or certificates of such insurance to be delivered to Landlord prior to the commencement of any work in or about the Building or the Premises, in default of which Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to obtain any or all such insurance at the expense of Tenant, in addition to any other right or remedy of Landlord. The provisions of this §11.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
Construction Period Insurance. At any time when non-cosmetic Alterations, demolition or construction work is being performed on or about the Premises or Building by or on behalf of Tenant, including at all times when Tenant’s Initial Work is being undertaken, Tenant shall keep, and require its contractors to keep, in full force and effect the following insurance coverage in each instance with policies reasonably acceptable to Landlord: (1) Builder’s risk and property insurance on Tenant’s improvements and betterments and personal property during the course of construction or alteration. Tenant may provide Builder’s Risk coverage in lieu of Tenant’s contractor; and (2) workers’ compensation or similar insurance in form and amounts required by law. Tenant shall cause a certificate or certificates of such insurance to be delivered to Landlord prior to the commencement of any work in or about the Building or the Premises, in default of which Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to obtain any or all such insurance at the expense of Tenant, in addition to any other right or remedy of Landlord. The provisions of this Section 11.3 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Construction Period Insurance. In addition to the insurance coverage described in Section 2.6.1, during any construction, reconstruction or repair work on the Project, Developer also shall procure and maintain during the period of such work a Builder’s Risk policy with respect to such improvements, or maintain comparable coverage through a property policy. Such insurance shall be maintained in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the full insurable value of the improvements on the construction site.
Construction Period Insurance. Landlord agrees to obtain and maintain at its expense public liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance adequate to fully protect Tenant and Landlord against any and all liability for death or injury to persons or damage to property by reason of construction of Landlord's Work. Tenant agrees, at its expense, to obtain and maintain public liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance adequate to fully protect Landlord as well as Tenant from and against any and all liability for death or injury to person, or, damage to property, by reason of the construction of Tenant's Work.
