Construction Photographs. Contractor shall submit color construction photographs to Owner and Owner’s Lenders with each month’s Application For Progress Payment during the Work. Each month, such photographs shall consist of at least four (4) views of the building from ground-view points as directed by Owner and any interior views requested by Owner or Owner’s Lenders.

Construction Photographs. A. The Owner and/or his authorized agents will take construction progress photographs as the work progresses. The Contractor will be advised of the Owner's schedule and may accompany the Owner's photographer. One copy of the construction progress photographs will be provided to the Contractor upon request. The Owner/Engineer reserves all rights to take other photographs and videotapes of the construction work.
Construction Photographs. Prior to commencement of the Work the Contractor must take digital photographs and color audio-video recording to document existing conditions and submit copies in an acceptable format to the Village. Contractor must submit with each application for payment photographs that accurately reflect the progress of all aspects of the Work. The number of photographs to be taken will be based on the magnitude of the Work being performed. Contractor must submit one copy of each photograph in print and digitally. The photographs must be printed on 8” X 10” high resolution glossy commercial grade and weight color photographic print paper or in a format acceptable to the Village. Each photograph must be imprinted on its face with the title of the Project, the date, and time the picture was taken. Digital photographs must be taken using .jpeg format and will be submitted through a file-sharing site (such as Dropbox) or on a CD-ROM or flash drive clearly identifying the name of the Project, the name of the Contractor, and the timeframe in which the pictures were taken. Initial set up prints will be submitted in a three-ring binder with each picture protected by a clear plastic sleeve. Subsequent prints are to be submitted in clear plastic sleeves that can be added to the binder. The three-ring binder must be of such size to be able to hold all print pictures.

Construction Photographs. 14.8.1. CONTRACTOR shall provide, when directed by OWNER or its engineer, or when otherwise specified herein, in a non-proprietary electronic format, either JPG or BMP. Sufficient information shall be included so as to identify the photograph’s location, time, date and specific activity.

Construction Photographs. A. General
1. Furnish construction photographs showing the progress of the WORK every month.
2. Digital photographs shall be named with a pertinent description of the features being depicted and orientation.
Construction Photographs. A. General: Provide construction photographs taken, developed, printed, and mounted by a recognised commercial photographic studio or reputable photographer acceptable to Owner, in the number and type and at construction stages enumerated below:

Exhibit correct exposure and focus, accurate color balance, maximum depth of field, minimal optical distortion, and minimal noise. Photographs that, in the Engineer’s opinion, do not meet these quality criteria will not be accepted and shall be re- taken at no additional cost to the Owner.
B. Digital Images: Submit digital images exactly as originally recorded in the digital camera, without alteration, manipulation, editing, or modifications using image-editing software.
C. Pre-construction Photographs: Before starting construction, take photographs of Project site and surrounding properties, including existing items to remain during construction, from different vantage points, as directed by Engineer.
1. Flag excavation areas before taking construction photographs.
2. Take four (4) photographs of each adjacent properties to show existing conditions before starting the Work.
3. Take four (4) photographs of existing buildings either on or adjoining property to accurately record physical conditions at start of construction.
4. Take two (2) photographs of pipe material after test pits (as applicable) and (2) photographs interior pipe.
5. Take additional photographs as required to record settlement or cracking of adjacent structures, pavements, and improvements. Show protection efforts by Contractor.
6. Take four (4) photographs to show condition of the existing curb and pavement surfaces within the work areas. This shall include one show that captures the entire width of the road and shall be taken from across the street from the address where work is to take place.
7. Take six (6) photos of building interior depicting area of pipe penetration and meter connection.
D. Post-Construction Photographs: Duplicate the photos location taken for pre- construction oras directed by Engineer or Commissioner.
