Common use of Consultative Committee Clause in Contracts

Consultative Committee. 22.1 The parties agree to establish a consultative committee to assist the parties improve productivity, efficiency and to provide for the effective involvement of employees in the decision making process. The committee will consist of an equal number of company and employee representatives. 22.2 The objectives of the committee are to investigate, determine, and make recommendations on matters including but not limited to: (i) introduction of new technology (ii) changes to work organisation (iii) expansion and investment (iv) quality (v) productivity improvement
