Contact List of Designated Law Enforcement Authorities. Law enforcement officials authorized to access the district surveillance system include the following individuals:  Robbinsville Township Chief of Police  Robbinsville Schools School Resource OfficerMembers of the Robbinsville Township Police Department as designated by the Chief of Police  Xxxxxx County Prosecutor or Designee R Robbinsville Board of Education POLICY Section: Property Policy 7441.01: Security Cameras Created: October 2014 7441.01 SECURITY CAMERAS The Robbinsville Board of Education and the Robbinsville Police Department are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of the students and faculty in the school district, and to preserving the Robbinsville Public Schools as xxxxxx for learning. In the event of a crisis or emergency at any of the district’s schools, both the Robbinsville Board of Education and the Police Department recognize and acknowledge that time is a critical factor in responding to any crisis or emergency situation. Further, the parties recognize that it is imperative for law enforcement, fire and emergency service personnel to have accurate, real-time information concerning the crisis and/or emergency situation in order to timely and appropriately respond. Both the Robbinsville Board of Education and the Robbinsville Police Department recognize and acknowledge that the schools in the district are equipped with security cameras/surveillance systems which can be a powerful tool to provide real-time information to law enforcement, fire and emergency service personnel as a crisis or emergency situation is occurring. The real-time information, through the use of live streaming video from the district’s surveillance system, will allow law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service personnel to rapidly and appropriately deploy their resources to address the crisis and/or emergency situation. Accordingly, the Robbinsville Board of Education and the Police Department agree that the Robbinsville Police Department will have immediate remote access to the district’s security cameras/surveillance systems in the event of a crisis, emergency situation or any other incident driven cause. The Robbinsville Police Department will relinquish its access to the district’s security cameras/surveillance systems as soon as the crisis or emergency situation is resolved.
