Coordinated Health Plan. The School District shall make available a VEBA coordinated health plan, to all qualified bargaining unit members who elect to participate in said plan. With respect to qualifying bargaining unit members, the School District shall make a contribution into the employee’s VEBA Plan account that is equal to the amount of the deductible for the coordinated health plan for that employee. Any remaining amount shall be paid in equal monthly contributions to the premium cost of the employee’s coordinated health plan. The total amount of the School District’s contribution shall not exceed $8190 per annum for the 2011-2013 school years.

Coordinated Health Plan. The School District shall make available a VEBA/HSA coordinated health plan, to all qualified bargaining unit teachers who elect to participate in said plan. With respect to qualifying bargaining unit teachers, the School District shall make a contribution into the employee’s VEBA/HSA Plan account that is equal to the amount of the deductible for the coordinated health plan for employees selecting a Single health plan option. Any remaining amount shall be paid in equal monthly contributions to the premium cost of the employee’s coordinated health plan. Employees selecting a Single+1, Single + Child(ren) or Family plan option will receive the same district contribution of $8,190 for the 2021-2022 school year and $9,200 in the 2022-2023 school year, however the contribution will go towards the annual premium first in equal monthly contributions to the premium cost. After the premium cost has been paid, remaining contribution dollars will be placed in the employees XXXX/HAS account on a prorated basis consistent with payroll cycles. The total amount of the School District’s contribution shall not exceed $8,190 per annum in 2021-2022 and $9,200 per annum for the 2022-2023 school year.

  • Extended Health Care Plan ‌ The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable extended health care plan.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members. (b) Information collected as part of this program shall be the sole property of the faculty member. This information or any judgments arising from this program shall not be used to determine non-renewal or termination of a faculty member's contract, suspension or dismissal of a faculty member, denial of advancement on the salary scale, nor affect any other administrative decisions pertaining to the promotion or employment status of the faculty member. (c) A joint advisory committee consisting of three regular faculty members who shall be elected by and are P.D. Committee Chairpersons and three administrators shall make recommendations for the operation, financing and management of the Professional Development Program.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.
