Corporate Health Educator. A Corporate Health Educator is an Employee who has completed their physiotherapy or health sciences degree and has at least five years professional experience in the corporate health sector. Employees at this level will have also attained expertise and professional experience in a particular area of practice and will have special interests in addition to general professional knowledge. Corporate Health Educator will be required to perform the following in accordance with their level of skills and training: (a) deliver corporate services to a niche range of clientele without need for supervision; (b) manage clients; (c) manage and develop relationships with clients and referrers; (d) prepare professional reports; (e) complete necessary documentation; (f) engage in structured education of Employees in their particular field of expertise; and (g) perform such other duties and tasks which may be ancillary to their role or which the Employer may delegate to them from time to time. Corporate Health Educators will possess a higher skill level and professional knowledge than a Corporate Health Mentors and will be expected to perform their duties to a more involved and higher standard. Corporate Health Educators will operate autonomously with no supervision.

  • Health Promotion and Health Education Both parties to this Agreement recognize the value and importance of health promotion and health education programs. Such programs can assist employees and their dependents to maintain and enhance their health, and to make appropriate use of the health care system. To work toward these goals:

  • Professional and Education Leaves (a) Leave of absence with pay or without pay may be granted to employees to attend professional and educational meetings, courses, or other events which may be judged beneficial to the employee's professional development, especially as it relates to her responsibilities with the Employer.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

  • Home Health Care This plan covers the following home care services when provided by a certified home healthcare agency: • nursing services; • services of a home health aide; • visits from a social worker; • medical supplies; and • physical, occupational and speech therapy.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • General Education University Program Requirements All MTA applicable courses require a grade “C” or higher

  • Health & Safety Committee The Employer agrees to establish a Health & Safety Committee for all employees of the company under the auspices of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). The Committee shall be made up of an equal number (not less than one each) of non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit persons who have completed their probationary period. The Union has the right to appoint the members representing the bargaining unit. The Committee shall keep minutes of its meetings and post them in the shop. One copy will be forwarded to the Union office.
