Cost Workbook. The proposal shall set forth a summary of the total estimated costs by cost element and shall provide a breakdown and corresponding BOE of the proposed estimated costs of each CLIN separately, including all direct and indirect charges and fees. In order to maintain a minimum level of commonality between proposals, each Offeror is required to complete the Excel Cost Workbook at Attachment J.4 Cost Excel Spreadsheet. Separate cost worksheets shall be developed for the Phase-in, Base Period, Option Period One and Option Period Two. All documentation furnished to support the cost summaries are to be provided within the specified format and shall be easily traceable to the cost summary sheets. The format of the workbook and the worksheets contained therein shall not be modified unless instructed to do so within the Cost Workbook instructions. Offerors shall show an appropriate level of detail necessary to demonstrate the derived values in the worksheets. Costs shall be grouped by Team Member (i.e. Prime/Subcontractor, etc). The Offeror shall propose costs that are reasonable, allowable, and allocable in accordance with their disclosed and/or established accounting practices consistent with FAR Subpart 31.2.

Cost Workbook. (Summary scoring) The points for Proposer’s total Market Basket Evaluation Form worksheet shall be calculated as follow: Step one: Determine total dollar value for each for each Proposer.   • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • Design Review At appropriate stages of design, documented reviews of the design results shall be planned and conducted. Participants at each Design Review shall include representatives of all functions concerned with the design stage being reviewed, as well as other specialist personnel, as required. Records of such reviews shall be maintained. Any computer software used to perform alternative calculations or verify clearances through the use of scale models or computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) techniques shall be validated before the use of the application, with validation documented in accordance with Section 2.2.15. In addition, at each submittal to IFA for review, Developer shall provide hand calculations that validate any calculations performed by computer software.

  • Improvement Plan A written plan developed by the evaluator, utilized when a teacher received a Rating of Ineffective on his/her Evaluation or on any individual deficiency in the evaluation system.

  • Curriculum Work The rate of pay for non-released time for curriculum work shall be determined by dividing the appropriate Bachelor’s degree beginning salary by one hundred eighty-six (186) days. (Effective beginning with the 2004-2005 school year, divide by one hundred eighty-five (185) days.) Summer curriculum work shall be authorized by the Superintendent and supplemental contracts shall be issued for the performance of summer curriculum work.

  • Improvement Plans a. An improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher/counselor/SLP whose overall summative rating is ineffective.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
