  • Project Understanding Upon request from the CONSULTANT, CITY may provide all criteria and full information as to CITY's and CONSULTANT'S requirements for this part of the project, including design objectives and constraints, space, capacity and performance requirements, flexibility and expendability, and any budgetary limitations. The CITY’s review recommendations shall be incorporated into the plans by the CONSULTANT.

  • Understanding, Fair Construction By execution of this Addendum, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood each provision, term and obligation contained in this Addendum. This Addendum, although drawn by one party, shall be construed fairly and reasonably and not more strictly against the drafting party than the nondrafting party.

  • Insurance, Subcontractor's Public Liability and Property Damage The Contractor shall require each of its subcontractors to secure and maintain during the life of the subcontract, insurance of the type specified in this Contract, or, the Contractor may insure the activities of its subcontractors in the Contractor’s policy, as specified in this Contract.
