Common use of Court Attendance Clause in Contracts

Court Attendance. The Employer agrees to pay any nurse who is summoned and legally required to appear as a juror, crown witness or witness in a case arising from her employment, the difference between her earnings and the salary she would have realized had she worked her normal tour. This will be effected by the nurse repaying the amount to the Employer, and the Employer shall keep her pay whole.
