Court Attendance. Any employee covered by this Agreement, who may be required by the Employer or summoned by the Crown to attend any hearing to give evidence arising out of his/her employment with the Employer, shall be compensated at the straight time hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.
