COURT SERVICE. A. An employee who is summoned for jury duty shall be granted all necessary leave. An employee shall be granted court leave when subpoenaed to provide testimony or information arising out of their employment with the Board. This does not include proceedings in which the employee is providing information or testimony adverse to the Board or in which the employee is a party in the matter. The employee’s compensation for said leave shall be with pay minus the compensation received for the services performed in the court less transportation if paid.
