Additional Entitlement. (a) Unused sick leave granted under Table A can be accumulated and used at a later date.
(b) In exceptional circumstances the employer may grant sick leave with pay in anticipation of future entitlements under Table A, provided that no extension may be granted beyond 106 days. Before approving any such extension the employer shall ensure that any extension complies with any funding arrangements applying to the school.
Additional Entitlement a. Except as provided for in 4.3.12, in addition to the minimum entitlement specified in 4.3.2, the following sick leave shall be granted:
Additional Entitlement. Employees Regularly Rostered On Call
(a) An employee regularly required to work on call will receive up to an extra five days leave per year in accordance with the formula prescribed in subclause (10)(b) of this clause. Provided that:
(i) they are rostered on call:
(1) during weekend days or public holidays; or
(2) on days that they are not rostered for duty; and
(ii) they are rostered on a minimum of 2 days per 4 week cycle, over 12 cycles in an anniversary year.
(b) An employee who is regularly placed on call can accrue such leave on a pro rata basis at the rates as follows:

Additional Entitlement. CSA shall supply additional entitlements, which shall not be for resale, of the ASFA Products (except online services, but including ASFA on CSA Internet Database Service) to Partners contributing records in excess of 250 per year according to the following formula (see paragraphs 5.3, 5.5, 5.6 and 5.7 for terms and conditions of use):
a) each Partner shall have additional entitlement, based on the average number of records that Partner submitted to the ASFA database in machine readable format during the previous three calendar years (the three-year average contribution figure will be calculated at the end of every calendar year);
b) Partners will be eligible for additional entitlements in accordance with the scheme set out in Exhibit F;
c) In accordance with (a) and (b) above the Partners may acquire additional ASFA Products (except on-line services, but including ASFA on CSA Internet Database Service) including a magnetic tape from CSA;
d) CSA shall make further copies of the ASFA Products (except on-line services) available to Partners for purchase at the following discount rate from CSA’s and sublicensees’s then-current international price list:
(i) thirty five percent (35%) discount for Partners from developed countries (this discount rate applies only to the CSA Internet Database Service) and twenty five percent (25%) discount (this discount rate applies to the other ASFA Products) and (ii) seventy five percent (75%) for Partners from developing countries (which shall be determined by CSA and FAO in good faith consultation).
e) CSA shall make copies of the ASFA Products (except on-line services, but including ASFA on CSA Internet database service) available to certain new customers located in developing countries (which shall be determined by CSA and FAO in good faith consultation) at a discount of fifty percent (50%) from CSA's and CSA's sublicensees then-current international price list. FAO and CSA agree to limit the number of CD-ROM subscriptions available under this Paragraph 5.2e to ten (10) copies per year. In addition CSA shall make the ASFA Internet Database Service available, free of charge, to Low-Income Food-Deficit Countries in consultation with FAO (see paragraph 5.8).
f) CSA and FAO shall together determine how the additional entitlement programme will be implemented and make decisions as required on such issues as: the rate of exchange on international price lists that quote prices in currencies other than US dollars; the designation ...

(ii) they are rostered on a minimum of two days per four week cycle, over 12 cycles in an anniversary year.

Additional Entitlement. (a) Parental leave shall be without pay except that where the qualifying conditions set out below are met, a parental leave payment equivalent to fourteen weeks wages will be made.
(b) The employee can elect either ordinary fortnightly payment after the confinement or adoption commences or alternatively paid at half pay for 28 weeks.
(c) The payment is only made following completion of 12 months of continuous service (other than to a casual employee).
(d) The payment is only for female employees for parental leave and primary care giver in the case of adoption leave.

Additional Entitlement. 40.9.1 Where an Employee has exhausted all personal leave entitlements and circumstances necessitate, QVM will consider any proposal to provide further assistance to the Employee.
40.9.2 Apart from the provision of xxxxx's leave arrangements, QVM will consider ways in which any Employee with carer responsibilities for a person with a terminal illness can be adequately supported.
