Coverage Responsibility Clause Samples

The Coverage Responsibility clause defines which party is obligated to provide and maintain specific types of insurance coverage under an agreement. Typically, it outlines the minimum coverage limits, the kinds of risks to be insured against (such as property damage or liability), and may specify requirements for proof of insurance or naming the other party as an additional insured. This clause ensures that there is no ambiguity about who bears the responsibility for securing insurance, thereby reducing the risk of uncovered losses and disputes between the parties.
