Credential Designation. Upon successful completion of the Exam, and subject to the terms of the Agreement, SFDC grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable Salesforce Credential designation and associated logo (“Credential Designation”) for the sole purpose to indicate that You meet the criteria for the applicable Credential Designation. You may not use the Credential Designation in any way that: i) may be construed to establish an affiliation between SFDC and any third parties other than You; or ii) negatively impacts SFDC's reputation or goodwill. SFDC retains all rights, title and interests in the Credential Designation. Nothing herein shall be construed to grant any other rights to You. By using the Credential Designation, You acknowledge that SFDC is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in the Credential Designation, that You shall take no action inconsistent with SFDC’s ownership of the Credential Designation, and that Your use shall comply with SFDC’s current Trademark and Copyright Usage Guidelines (xxxxx://xxxxxx0.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/assets/pdf/misc/salesforce_Trademark_Usage_Guidelines.pdf), Partner Branding Guidelines (xxxxx://xxxxxx0.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/assets/pdf/misc/Partner_Branding_Guidelines_SFDC.pdf), and any other guidelines that SFDC may provide, all of which are incorporated by reference (“Guidelines”). SFDC may change the Credential Designation and Guidelines and locations of same at any time and You agree to comply with any such changes or requests by SFDC. Other than as expressly allowed under this Agreement, You agree a) to use the Credential Designation in a manner that is consistent with industry standards and will provide samples of use if requested by SFDC; b) not to modify the Credential Designation in any way, and c) not to use, register or seek to register any mark, name (including but not limited to company and product name), taglines, social media handles, advertising keywords, or any other source- identifying designation that consists of or incorporates the Credential Designation or any of SFDC’s trademarks (“SFDC Marks”), including but not limited to the FORCE mark, in any format, or is otherwise confusingly similar to SFDC Marks. Credential Designation. The credential awarded to students completing the College Readiness program in AQAM INSTITUTE meeting the Ministry of Education requirements will be an Adult Dogwood granted by Province of British Columbia. Graduation requirements are as stipulated by the Ministry responsible for K-12 education.

  • Series Designation The Series Designation establishing a Series may: (i) specify a name or names under which the business and affairs of such Series may be conducted; (ii) designate, fix and determine the relative rights, powers, authority, privileges, preferences, duties, responsibilities, liabilities and obligations in respect of Interests of such Series and the Members associated therewith (to the extent such terms differ from those set forth in this Agreement) and (iii) designate or authorize the designation of specific Officers to be associated with such Series. A Series Designation (or any resolution of the Managing Member amending any Series Designation) shall be effective when a duly executed original of the same is included by the Managing Member among the permanent records of the Company, and shall be annexed to, and constitute part of, this Agreement (it being understood and agreed that, upon such effective date, the Series described in such Series Designation shall be deemed to have been established and the Interests of such Series shall be deemed to have been authorized in accordance with the provisions thereof). The Series Designation establishing a Series may set forth specific provisions governing the rights of such Series against a Member associated with such Series who fails to comply with the applicable provisions of this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the applicable provisions of such Series Designation). In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and a Series Designation, the terms and conditions of the Series Designation shall prevail.

  • Board Composition and Board Designations The Company shall ensure that: (i) the qualifications of the persons serving as members of the Board of Directors and the overall composition of the Board comply with the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act, with the Exchange Act and with the listing rules of the Exchange or any other national securities exchange, as the case may be, in the event the Company seeks to have its Public Securities listed on another exchange or quoted on an automated quotation system, and (ii) if applicable, at least one member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors qualifies as an “audit committee financial expert,” as such term is defined under Regulation S-K and the listing rules of the Exchange.

  • Registration Data Directory Services Until ICANN requires a different protocol, Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with XXX 0000, and a web-­‐based Directory Service at <whois.nic.TLD> providing free public query-­‐based access to at least the following elements in the following format. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable. Registry Operator shall implement a new standard supporting access to domain name registration data (SAC 051) no later than one hundred thirty-­‐five (135) days after it is requested by ICANN if: 1) the IETF produces a standard (i.e., it is published, at least, as a Proposed Standard RFC as specified in RFC 2026); and 2) its implementation is commercially reasonable in the context of the overall operation of the registry. 1.1. The format of responses shall follow a semi-­‐free text format outline below, followed by a blank line and a legal disclaimer specifying the rights of Registry Operator, and of the user querying the database. 1.2. Each data object shall be represented as a set of key/value pairs, with lines beginning with keys, followed by a colon and a space as delimiters, followed by the value. 1.3.
