CUPE National Representative Sample Clauses
CUPE National Representative. A National Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees shall be allowed to attend any meetings between the parties dealing with negotiations, Grievance Procedure as per Article 7, or any other meetings between the parties for which the Union requires the presence of the National Representative.
CUPE National Representative. The Union has the right to bring in a CUPE National Representative to any Joint Health and Safety meeting, if needed, as long as a minimum of two (2) weeks written notice is provided. Bethesda reserves the right to bring external bodies to the same meetings with two (2) weeks written notice.
CUPE National Representative. The Union shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of their National Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees when dealing or negotiating with the Employer. Such National Representative shall have access to the Employer’s premises in order to investigate or assist in the settlement of a grievance. Prior to this investigation, such National Representative or her/his designate, will be required to notify the Director of Human Resources, or her/his representative, of her/his presence in the Hospital.
CUPE National Representative. If necessary, the Union may bring a CUPE National Representative to any of the Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings.
