Custodian Work Day. 1. All full-time day custodians shall work an eight and one half (8.5) hour day with a one (1) hour lunch period. All full time evening custodians shall work an eight (8) hour day with a one (1) hour lunch period. After the end of the school year, and until the start of the next school year, all custodians shall work from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour lunch period. These hours also apply to school holidays and vacations.
Custodian Work Day. The Board or its agents will assign hours of work, length of work, job responsibility, and/or duties. The workday shall consist of up to eight hours (ten hour days may be allowed custodial personnel when school is not in session as long as no employee exceeds 40 hours per week). Employees who work a minimum of four consecutive hours shall be entitled to one fifteen minute paid rest during the first four hours of employment as directed by the employer. Employees working seven or more hours shall be entitled to two fifteen minute paid rest breaks, one during the first four hours and the second during the second three hours at times directed by the District. The employer will seek the employees input before directing break times. No employee shall be required to work more than five consecutive hours without an unpaid meal break. No unpaid meal break shall be less than one-half hour, duty free. If the assigned meal break is less than one-half hour, duty free, the meal break shall be paid. After seeking the employee’s input, meal breaks will be taken at times assigned and directed by the employer. Shift start time for custodians shall be no later than 4:00 p.m. Periodic start times may be pre-arranged with the direct supervisor.

  • Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.

  • Processing of Deposit files The use of compression is recommended in order to reduce electronic data transfer times, and storage capacity requirements. Data encryption will be used to ensure the privacy of registry escrow data. Files processed for compression and encryption will be in the binary OpenPGP format as per OpenPGP Message Format -­‐ RFC 4880, see Part A, Section 9, reference 3 of this Specification. Acceptable algorithms for Public-­‐key cryptography, Symmetric-­‐key cryptography, Hash and Compression are those enumerated in XXX 0000, not marked as deprecated in OpenPGP IANA Registry, see Part A, Section 9, reference 4 of this Specification, that are also royalty-­‐free.   • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template.   • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.

  • Cost of Repairs 54.1 Loss or damage to the Works or Materials to be incorporated in the Works between the Start Date and the end of the Defects Correction periods shall be remedied by the Contractor at the Contractor's cost if the loss or damage arises from the Contractor's acts or omissions.
