CUSTOMER ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM. 1.1 Customer’s Net Metering License Application is hereby incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit A. 1.2 Salem standard rates for this installation and service will apply, as defined in the City Electric Service Schedule, except as modified by this document or applicable state or federal law. 1.3 Customer has elected, in accordance with Salem City Municipal Code §11-1-090, to operate, at its own expense, a customer owned generation facility and net metering system, with a generating capacity of not more than twenty-five kilowatts (25 kW) aggregated at the service interconnection point, in parallel with Salem’s electrical system. This generating system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer’s electrical requirements. 1.4 The electrical generating system used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. It shall include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements. The electrical generating system shall comply with Salem Net Metering Standards and Code. 1.5 Salem shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein (including Exhibits) are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation. 1.6 Any costs or expenses incurred by Salem due to modifications made to Salem’s existing electric power system as a result of the interconnection of Customer’s generating system shall be paid by the Customer. All costs must be paid in full prior to the connection to Salem’s electrical system. 1.7 Salem will be the owner of the renewable attributes of the electricity that is generated, to include any and all credits, certificates, benefits, environmental attributes, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, however entitled, attributable to the generation of Net Metering Agr Amend.wpd Page 1 2/28/2017 electricity from the customer owned-renewable generation and its displacement of conventional energy generation.

The electrical generating system shall comply with Lehi City Power Net Metering Standards 1.5 Lehi City Power shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein (including Exhibits) are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation. 1.6 Any costs or expenses incurred by Lehi City Power due to modifications made to Lehi City Power’s existing electric power system as a result of the interconnection of Customer’s generating system shall be paid by the Customer. All costs must be paid in full prior to the connection to Lehi City Power’s electrical system. 1.7 Lehi City Power will be the owner of the renewable attributes of the electricity that is generated, to include any and all credits, REC’s, S-RECs, certificates, benefits, environmental attributes, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, however entitled, attributable to the generation of electricity from the customer owned-renewable generation and its displacement of conventional energy generation.

CUSTOMER ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM. Customer shall provide the following information from the Customer’s Net Metering Application and Compliance Form for Installation of Customer-Owned, Grid- Connected Electric Generating System of 60kW or Less: System Location/Address: System Manufacturer: Model (Name and Number): Name Plate Electrical Capacity: Name Plate Data: kW Volts (Single or Three Phase) Energy Source: (Solar or Wind or Fuel Cell or Hydro) Customer has elected to operate, at its own expense, a net metering system using either a fuel cell, solar, wind or hydropower electric generating system, with a generating capacity of not more than sixty kilowatts aggregated at the service interconnection point, in parallel with the TMLP’s electrical distribution system. This generating system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer’s electrical requirements. A separate agreement shall be entered into for each electrical service location of Customer. The electrical Generating system used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. It shall include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements established by the latest revisions of National Electrical Code (Articles 690 and 705), National Electrical Safety Code, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Underwriters Laboratories. The TMLP shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation.

This generating system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer’s electrical requirements. 1.3 A separate agreement shall be entered into for each electrical service location of Customer. 1.4 The electrical Generating System used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. It shall include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements. 1.5 JPUD shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein (including appendices) are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation. 1.6 Any expenses incurred due to modifications to the existing electric power system necessitated by the introduction of Customer’s generating system into the system shall be paid by the Customer.

This generating system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer’s electrical requirements. 1.4 The electrical generating system used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. CUSTOMER ELECTRIC GENERATING SYSTEM. Customer’s system must be located on the Customer’s premises and must also include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements as well as Ephraim City Power’s Net Meeting Standards which may be amended from time to time. The Parties agree that standard rates for installation and service for interconnection of Customer’s System to the City’s Existing System apply to this Agreement. Such rates are defined in the City Electric Service Schedule and may be amended from time to time at the City’s sole discretion.

This generation system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer's electricity requirements. 1.3. A separate agreement shall be entered into for each electrical service location of Customer. 1.4. The Electric Generation System used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. It shall include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements established by the latest revisions of National Electrical Code (NEC), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), and any applicable federal, state, and local agencies. 1.5. The City shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation.

This generating system is intended to offset either part or all of the Customer’s electrical requirements. 1.3 A separate agreement shall be entered into for each electrical service location of Customer. 1.4 The electrical Generating System used by the Customer shall be located on the Customer’s premises. It shall include all equipment necessary to meet applicable safety, power quality, and interconnection requirements. 1.5 The City shall have the sole authority to determine which interconnection requirements set forth herein (including attachments) are applicable to Customer’s proposed installation. 1.6 Any expenses incurred due to modifications to the existing electric power system necessitated by the introduction of Customer’s generating system into the system shall be paid by the Customer.
