Customer Reporting. In addition to audit rights stipulated in the Agreement, Customer shall at all times maintain records identifying: the identity and location of all entities currently using Embedded Software Products, including any contractors, the number of units distributed by Customer; or, a description of the Customer Product(s), Processors, ECU, Brand or Platform for which the Embedded Software Products are being used. Customer shall provide such requested information within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of SISW’s request.

Customer Reporting. Customer agrees to properly report and disclose any discounts granted by Spacelabs to Customer on the purchase of Products, to the extent required by applicable state or federal law.
Customer Reporting. Customer shall report any missed Service Standards to Broadridge within ten (10) days of becoming aware of a missed Service Standard, but in no event later than thirty (30) days from the date of performance of the Services.

The Quarterly Review report described in Exhibit A of the Minimum Premium Financial Agreement will be provided to the Employer within *** calendar days of the end of the Arrangement Quarter. d. Failure to deliver at minimum *** of the total number of reports identified in this section 3 during the Guarantee Period will result in a Premium Credit of ***.
Customer Reporting. Consistent with Berlex's own detailing reporting practices, Berlex shall (i) assist Metra in assessing requirements of customers of Metra Products, including modifications and improvements thereto, in terms of quality, design, functional capability, and other features; and (ii) as reasonably requested by Metra, share with Metra on a quarterly basis, market research information that Berlex collects and generates in the ordinary course of its business for Berlex's female health care products and which provides useful market information about competition and changes in the market for one or more of the Metra Products, provided, however, that Berlex shall not be required to collect data or generate reports for Metra that Berlex does not collect or generate for itself in the ordinary course of Berlex's business; purchase market research or reports for Metra; or provide to Metra market research information on any Berlex product. Customer Reporting. Customer agrees to properly rep ort and disclose any discounts granted by Spacelabs to Customer on the purchase of Products, to the extent req uired by applicable state or fed eral law.
Customer Reporting. Customer agrees to properly report and disclose any discounts or other price reductions (collectively referred to herein as “discounts”) granted by the Contractor to Customer on the purchase of Services, Equipment, or replacement parts, to the extent required by applicable state or federal law. When applicable, any discounts granted by Contractor to Customer are intended to reflect discounts or other reductions in price within the meaning set forth in the Social Security Act of 1935, as amended, (42 U.S.C. §1320a-7b(b)(3)(A)) and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and may reflect a bundled discount pricing arrangement. With regard to any bundled discount pricing arrangement, Contractor will, where appropriate, timely provide Customer (either herein or by separate statement) further detail pertaining to such discounts and the allocation of total net purchase dollars for equipment, service and products, as applicable. Customer may have an obligation to report such discounts to any state or federal program that provides reimbursement to the Customer for the items to which the discount applies, and, if so, Customer will fully and accurately report such discounts. Further, Customer will retain invoices and other price documentation and will make them available to federal or state officials when requested in accordance with applicable law.
Customer Reporting. Customer shall report any unscheduled system downtime and any error, bug, or defect in the Services to the maintenance email xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx immediately upon becoming aware or receiving notice of such system downtime, error, bug, or defect.
