Dad and Partner Pay. If the Employee is entitled to dad and partner pay under the PPL Act, the Employer will provide 2 weeks’ paid leave in accordance with this clause. The payment will be the equivalent to the difference between the Employee's entitlement to dad and partner pay, for a 2-week period under the PPL Act (based on the minimum wage) and the Employee’s weekly minimum wage rate prescribed by clause 19.1(a) of the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 as varied from time to time applicable to their classification.
