Extra Cleaning Charge Applies if you return the vehicle needing more than our standard cleaning to make it ready for its next rental.
The Departure Cleaning Charge will not be assessed to the Owner upon the end of stay by paying Guests as such departure cleaning fees will be assessed directly to such Guests and the departure cleaning fee for such circumstances will not be considered Rent.
Regardless of whether daily housekeeping or cleaning services are requested, upon checkout by Owner, Owner’s family or Owner’s non-paying guest, Company shall conduct a Departure Cleaning and charge the Owner the Departure Cleaning Charge set forth at Schedule A.
At the end of a stay by Owner, Owner’s family or Owner’s non-paying guests, a Departure Cleaning Charge shall be assessed by Company at the rate established in Schedule A.
The Cleaning Charge is not refundable and Landlord has no obligation to account for it.
