Cleaning Charge definition

Cleaning Charge means a charge imposed in respect of an Excessively Dirty Vehicle at an hourly rate charge on a cost recovery basis if the cleaning is performed by Hertz personnel or the actual fee paid by Hertz if a third party or specialised cleaners are engaged to provide a cleaning service plus an Administration Fee.
Cleaning Charge means the cost of cleaning all or part of the Equipment as assessed by Hireworx in its sole discretion on the return of that Equipment to Hireworx.
Cleaning Charge means a charge You have to pay when the Vehicle is Excessively Dirty.

Cleaning Charge means the monthly amount (if applicable) set out in item 6 as varied under this lease being the Landlord's cost of cleaning the Premises.

Please note, seating capacity will be reduced by items brought onto the bus and kept next to each individual (for example, a purse). Please do not exceed the seating capacity that is specified as part of your reservation for the vehicle you have reserved. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any additional person(s) beyond the capacity allowed for the reserved vehicle. • MISCONDUCT: Misconduct or abuse (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of service. If for any reason the driver is verbally or physically abused, it will result in immediate termination of service. No refund will be issued. Depending on the severity of the situation, DC Transportation, LLC also reserves the right to remove all event members from the vehicle at a safe public place.
Cleaning Charge means the cost of the Cleaning Service referred to in clause 4.
Cleaning Charge means the cleaning charge imposed by the Owner as specified in the Storage Schedule. Commencement means the date upon which the Goods are stored as specified in the Storage Schedule as the ‘ Storage Start Date’. Deposit means a sum equivalent to the cost of one month’s storage of Goods in the Space.
Cleaning Charge means £30 per hour or such other charges as rendered by NTH acting reasonably. “Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession. “Contract” means a contract which incorporates the Contract Details and these terms and conditions, made between the Customer and NTH for the hire, and/or sale of Goods. “Contract Details” means the specific details of the Contract agreed by NTH in relation to the Customer’s hire and/or sale of Goods and referred to in the e-mail confirmation sent from NTH to the Customer. “Customer” means the person, firm, company or other organisation hiring Hire Goods or purchasing Sale Goods. “Deposit” means any advance payment required by NTH in relation to the Hire Goods which is to be held as security by NTH. “Digital Content” means data which is produced and supplied in digital form. “Force Majeure” means any event outside a party’s reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, sub-contractors, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, terrorism, governmental actions and any other similar events. “Goods” means any machine, article, tool, and/or device together with any accessories specified in a Contract which are hired or sold to the Customer. “Hire Goods” means any Goods which are hired to the Customer.
