Data Backups. In connection with the performance of Services, Computershare shall create backup records of Customer’s information, including but not limited to server files (“backup files”) at least daily. Computershare will not create backup files on Removable Media. Any Computershare storage or retention of backup files is subject to all terms of this Section (iv).
Data Backups. If Contractor is providing Hosted Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall:
i. ensure that any hosting facilities (including computers, network, data storage, backup, archive devices, and the data storage media), and disaster recovery facilities (if applicable) shall be located in the continental United States;
ii. provide periodic full backup of all JBE Data;
iii. provide periodic incremental backup of all JBE Data;
iv. have the capability to recover data from the JBE Data backup copy;
v. have the capability to export the JBE’s raw data in human readable and machine- readable format, and have the capability to promptly provide the JBE Data to JBE upon its request;
vi. have the capability to import the JBE Data (subject to Contractor’s confidentiality and data security obligations);
vii. provide hourly snapshot backups of the JBE Data (daily backups shall also be performed);
viii. maintain recoverable, secure backups of the JBE Data offsite in a fire-protected, secure area, geographically separate from the primary datacenter; and
ix. maintain and implement data backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures in accordance with the highest industry standards and applicable laws.

If Contractor is providing Hosted Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall: • ensure that any hosting facilities (including computers, network, data storage, backup, archive devices, and the data storage media), and disaster recovery facilities (if applicable) shall be located in the continental United States; ensure that Contractor’s employees and any Subcontractors personnel potentially having access to the JBE Data have been background-checked, must be authorized to work in the United States and is based in the United States have the capability to export JBE’s raw data in human readable and machine readable format, and have the capability to promptly provide JBE Data to JBE upon its request; have the capability to import JBE’s data (subject to Contractor’s confidentiality obligations; maintain recoverable secure backups offsite in a fire-protected, secure area, geographically separate from the primary datacenter Recover from backup within the timeframe set forth in the Service Level requirements; Recover recently posted transactions within the timeframes set forth in the Service Level requirements; and Encrypt backup data.
Data Backups. OneNeck shall be responsible for file system and database backups as agreed upon with Client.

To ensure the ability to restore the availability and access to Personal Data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident, Data importer will ensure that backups of essential information and software, and in particular any Personal Data, are performed on a regular basis and Data importer shall test the backup process regularly.

Data Backups. 11.1 Company does not guarantee to retain any data backup(s) unless purchased as part of Company’s Backup as a Service (XxxX).
Data Backups. 5.1 Unless we otherwise agree or confirm in writing, we maintain regular, up to date backups of all of your personal data in connection with the Software and Support Services, for the Term and for at least the period in Sub-Section 4.1.5 following the End Date. Backups shall take place daily and shall be stored for 45 days.
5.2 We can provide you with access to such backup data at all times on request, or otherwise provide us with the means to extract such data from you directly, if needed, at no additional cost.
Data Backups. 6.1. All production databases are housed in Amazon Web Services RDS (Relational Database Services) and Azure Database.
6.2. Automated daily backups are enabled on all database instances.
6.3. Encryption is enabled on all databases.
6.4. Retention time for database backups is set to the maximum allowable.
6.5. Only database administrators have access to initiate backups or restores.
6.6. Only database administrators may modify backup or restoration configurations.
6.7. Submittable retains its security documents pursuant to its retention requirements after they are no longer in effect.
