Data BackupsIn connection with the performance of Services, Computershare shall create backup records of Customer’s information, including but not limited to server files (“backup files”) at least daily. Computershare will not create backup files on Removable Media. Any Computershare storage or retention of backup files is subject to all terms of this Section (iv).

Data Backups. If Contractor is providing Hosted Services under this Agreement, Contractor shall: i. ensure that any hosting facilities (including computers, network, data storage, backup, archive devices, and the data storage media), and disaster recovery facilities (if applicable) shall be located in the continental United States; ii. provide periodic full backup of all JBE Data; iii. provide periodic incremental backup of all JBE Data; iv. have the capability to recover data from the JBE Data backup copy; v. have the capability to export the JBE’s raw data in human readable and machine- readable format, and have the capability to promptly provide the JBE Data to JBE upon its request; vi. have the capability to import the JBE Data (subject to Contractor’s confidentiality and data security obligations); vii. provide hourly snapshot backups of the JBE Data (daily backups shall also be performed); viii. maintain recoverable, secure backups of the JBE Data offsite in a fire-protected, secure area, geographically separate from the primary datacenter; and ix. maintain and implement data backup and disaster recovery processes and procedures in accordance with the highest industry standards and applicable laws.

Data BackupsTo ensure the ability to restore the availability and access to Personal Data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident, Data importer will ensure that backups of essential information and software, and in particular any Personal Data, are performed on a regular basis and Data importer shall test the backup process regularly.

Data Backups. All Client Data is backed up from the redundant high-availability storage systems to a tape library system at least once per day. Storage tapes are securely transported offsite and stored at a facility specifically designed to safeguard tapes.
Data Backups eMaximation agrees to maintain backups of data in a manner consistent with the service description and with industry standard best practices. eMaximation is not required to return any data to Licensee and recommends Licensee maintain a library of the data entered for its own records. Licensee is responsible for using the eMaximation export features to create their own independent backups of their data.
Data BackupsCustomer shall protect itself adequately against data loss. Customer shall at a minimum maintain a copy of any data uploaded to the Platform and – to the extent technically possible – any results created during use of the Services on its own servers, perform routine backups of its data at adequate intervals, and employ virus protection according to the current state of the art, to ensure that the data can be restored with reasonable effort.
