Hosting Facilities. University may select or restrict where University Data will be stored and where University Data can be Processed, and the Vendor will store and/or Process it there in accordance with the service terms. If a data location selection is not covered by the service terms (or a data location selection is not made by University with respect to any University Data), the Vendor will default to a United States-based data location in the selection of University storage or processing facilities. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, this requirement does not apply to indirect or “overhead” services, redundant back-up services or services that are incidental to the performance of this Agreement. This provision applies to work performed by subcontractors at all tiers and to all University Data.

Hosting Facilities. 4.1. CURRENT FACILITIES - Pandesic currently hosts systems at its Folsom, CA site. It provides T1 Internet access, firewall security, physical security, and immediate proximity to Pandesic technicians. T1 redundancy and UPS capabilities are currently being evaluated for installation. 4.2. PANDESIC HOSTING PARTNER - Pandesic is currently evaluating best-of-class Network Service Providers as candidates for a Pandesic Hosting Partner. If selected, the Pandesic Hosting Partner will provide the hosting facilities and services in cooperation with Pandesic. Pandesic customers installed at Pandesic's Folsom, CA site will be moved to the Hosting Partner's site within a mutually agreed upon timeframe. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY The Customer shall be responsible for supplying its own internet connection service. The Customer shall, and shall ensure that its Authorised Users shall, have internet access in order to access the Software and/or services. The Supplier shall supply burstable bandwidth connectivity services. The connectivity shall include multiple connections and a network operations centre that monitors servers, the network platform and internet access. The internet connectivity provided by the Supplier shall not be less than 100MB per second, burstable to a maximum of 1GB per second.

Hosting Facilities a. eSignLive shall host equipment used to provide the Services in a physically secure area with access restricted to authorized personnel, herein referred to as “Hosting Facilities”. Hosting Facilities shall have adequate physical security measures such as, but not limited to, perimeter controls which include a provision to detect unauthorized access, access logging, strong authentication, video surveillance and visitor sign-in. b. Hosting Facilities shall be reasonably protected against external/environmental threats such as fire, flood or other forms of natural or man-made disasters. Protection measures shall include controls such as smoke and fire detection alarm systems and/or automatic fire suppression systems. c. Hosting Facilities shall have protection in place for servers, network and other electronic equipment against power related problems. d. eSignLive shall periodically review the physical and environmental controls to ensure they remain adequate to host the equipment used to provide the Services. e. Where any hardware or media is no longer being used to provide the Services, eSignLive or its subcontractor will promptly render irrecoverable any Data on that hardware or media, as applicable.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.
