Data Corrections. Prior to entering data into the newly created data structure, any errors were identified and resolved. The basis for fixing identified errors was the well-maintained filing system containing most, if not all, drill logs, downhole survey data, and HMC assay data. While Pxxxxx Mining Company was operator, assaying was done in the mine’s own labs, and Atna Resources has yet to locate original drill-hole assay sheets from that era. Atna's only source for these gold assays are values hand-entered onto lithology logs. Consequently, it has been difficult to check the validity of some historic data, except as part of Atna’s reassay program completed on existing pulps from these earlier drilling programs. The verification process involved the following steps:
Data Corrections. On each of the dates that is 20 Business Days before the Insurer Payment Commencement Date and the Final True-Up Date, the Company shall cause to be delivered to the Insurer a revised Annuity Exhibit reflecting any Data Corrections discovered. On each of the dates that is 20 Business Days before the Insurer Payment Commencement Date and the Final True-Up Date, the Insurer will deliver to the Company a written notice that specifies, in reasonable detail, the amount of the Premium Adjustment that results from the data corrections on the revised Annuity Exhibit (which calculation shall be provided on a life-by-life basis, and will be calculated in a manner consistent with the provisions of Schedule 2.4(a)). On the Insurer Payment Commencement Date, an amount equal to the Premium Adjustment (decreased by the amounts calculated in Section 2.4(a)) will be due. If the amount is (i) a positive number, the Independent Fiduciary will cause the Plan Trustee to pay the Insurer an amount of cash equal to such amount, or (ii) a negative number, NAI-1500837614v2 the Insurer will pay to the Plan the amount of cash equal to such amount. For any Data Corrections with respect to benefit amount discovered between the Closing and the date that is 20 Business Days before the Final True-Up Date, the Company hereby authorizes the Insurer to correct any such incorrect benefit amount and pay the corrected benefit amount to the applicable Annuitant or Joint Annuitant beginning on the Insurer Payment Commencement Date (or, if discovered thereafter, beginning on the later applicable payment date). Any such Data Correction with respect to benefit amount and any related Data Corrections will be included in the Premium Adjustment calculated and paid on the Final True-Up Date in accordance with Section 2.4(d), as applicable.
Data Corrections. In the event that a Client employee notifies CCC of an error in any Client Data, and CCC or Client concludes that the Client Data is incorrect, Client shall correct the Client Data as required. If Client does not correct the Client Data, CCC may correct the information on behalf of Client.

Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.
