Data Submission and Error Correction. The Contractor shall collect and provide DSHS with Enrollee and provider characteristics, services, and other data as described in DSHS “Service Encounter Reporting Instructions”, the “Data Dictionary”, and encounters shall be submitted as described in DSHS “Encounter Data Reporting Guide,” or, any successor, incorporated herein by reference.
