DATA TO UNION. The County shall, upon request, supply the Union with data processing runs of the names, home and office addresses and Civil Service classifications of all employees in represented units. Such service shall be supplied at no more than cost to the County.
DATA TO UNION. The County Auditor shall, twice annually upon request, supply the Union with data processing runs of the names, home and office addresses and civil service classifications of all employees in the represented unit. Such service shall be supplied at no more than cost to the County.
DATA TO UNION. AHS shall, upon request, supply the Union with data processing runs of the names, home and office addresses and classifications of all employees in represented units. Such service shall be supplied at no more than cost to AHS.
DATA TO UNION. The Court shall, upon request, supply the Union with data processing runs of the names, home, and office addresses and Court classifications of all employees in represented units, within a reasonable period of time. Such service shall be supplied at no more than cost to the Court.
DATA TO UNION. The County shall provide a list of the names, classifications, department, work location, work telephone numbers and work and personal email addresses on file with the County of all existing bargaining unit members four (4) times annually as provided in subsection 5.F. (Quarterly Reports) in accordance with the Sideletter of Agreement addressing the Union Access to New Employee Orientation.
DATA TO UNION. 28:01 The Company will supply the Committee and the Local Union with the information listed below from time to time and as may be required, and not less than once per quarter:

The Employee Benefits Center (“EBC”) shall provide a list of the names, classifications, department, work location, work telephone number(s), and work and personal email addresses on file with the County of all employees in Representation Unit 001 four (4) times annually in accordance with the Sideletter of Agreement addressing Union Access to NEO. The EBC shall provide a list of the names, classifications, department, work location, work telephone number(s), home address and home telephone number(s), and work and personal email addresses on file with the County of all employees in Representation Unit 076 four (4) times annually in accordance with the Sideletter of Agreement addressing Union Access to NEO.
DATA TO UNION. ACMC shall, upon request, supply the Union with data processing runs of the names, home and office addresses and classifications of all employees in represented units. Such service shall be supplied at no more than cost to ACMC.
DATA TO UNION. On a weekly basis, AHS will provide the Union with an electronic list of bargaining unit employees’: Full Name, Employee ID, Bargaining Unit, Job Title, Status, Department, Work Location, Work Email Address, Home Address, Personal Email if AHS maintains such information, Home/Cell Phone Number, Date of Hire, Seniority Date, FTE, Rate of Pay, and Pay Step.
DATA TO UNION. The Employee Benefits Center (“EBC”) shall provide a list of the names, classifications, department, work location, work telephone number(s), home address and home telephone number(s), work and personal email address on file with the County of all existing union members four (4) times annually in accordance with the AB 119 Sideletter of Agreement (“SLA”) addressing the Union Access to New Employee Orientation.
