Day Shift a m. to Afternoon Shift to Night Shift to The Ernployer shall have the right to adjust the starting times above, but the adjusted times shall not vary from the above by more than one (I) hour in either direction. Employees in the Nursing Department shall receive a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period between the third and fifth hours of their shift. If the employee is required to any work during thirty (30) minute lunch period, shall be paid for full lunch period at the rate of time and one-half. In addition, shall receive an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid time off for lunch within the hour, or as soon thereafter as possible. Employees shall be granted a paid fifteen (15) minute break during each half shift at times designated by the Employer. The Employer will give part-time employees two (2) weeks advance notice of scheduled work. Once posted the schedule shall not be altered without the mutual agreement of the employee and the Employer. No part-time employee will be required to work more than twenty-four (24) hours per week unless mutually agreed to between the Employer and the employee.

Day Shift a m. Afternoon Shift Night Shift However, individual start and quit times may be moved ahead or back by up to one (1) hour by the Employer as per current practice. Nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of daily or weekly hours to be worked or paid.   • Day Shift The standard work day will consist of eight (8) hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a designated thirty (30) minute lunch period. Starting and stopping times to be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the shop employees.

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply.
