Day Shift a m. to Afternoon Shift to Night Shift to The Ernployer shall have the right to adjust the starting times above, but the adjusted times shall not vary from the above by more than one (I) hour in either direction. Employees in the Nursing Department shall receive a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period between the third and fifth hours of their shift. If the employee is required to any work during thirty (30) minute lunch period, shall be paid for full lunch period at the rate of time and one-half. In addition, shall receive an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid time off for lunch within the hour, or as soon thereafter as possible. Employees shall be granted a paid fifteen (15) minute break during each half shift at times designated by the Employer. The Employer will give part-time employees two (2) weeks advance notice of scheduled work. Once posted the schedule shall not be altered without the mutual agreement of the employee and the Employer. No part-time employee will be required to work more than twenty-four (24) hours per week unless mutually agreed to between the Employer and the employee.
Day Shift a m. Afternoon Shift Night Shift However, individual start and quit times may be moved ahead or back by up to one (1) hour by the Employer as per current practice. Nothing herein shall be construed as a guarantee of daily or weekly hours to be worked or paid. The Employer will schedule one twenty minute paid break in the first half of the shift and one (1) minute paid lunch break, scheduled in the second half of the shift. The Employer maintains the right to implement shifts consisting of four (4) days of ten hour shifts with the consent of the union, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. It is understood that such consent with be by approval of the bargaining unit.

The regular shifts for a one to two shift operation shall not commence before a.m. on a first shift nor on a second shift. To provide for the lunch period on a one or two shift operation the shifts may be extended. Before departing from any of these regular work schedules the Company will discuss mutually any change with the Union. Shift premium will be as follows: Graveyard Shift, to Afternoon Shift, to Graveyard Shift, to a.m. per hour Afternoon Shift, to per hour On a two (2) shift operation, the next shift premium will apply after two (2) overtime hours in any one day. Each employee except for the corrugator crew shall receive a paid twenty (20) minute lunch period at base rate. The crew shall receive a paid twenty (20) minute lunch period at staggered times. On a two (2) or three (3) shift operation the Company agrees that shifts should be rotated every week as equally as possible. In the event it becomes necessary for the Com- pany to change the starting and stopping times of the normal shifts, or establish new shifts, the Company will meet with the Committee to mutually agree on such change or new shift.
