DBE Policy. It is the policy of the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) to practice nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and/or national origin in the award and administration of USDOT assist contracts. Consequently, the DBE requirements of 49 CFR 26 apply to this Contract.

DBE Policy. ADOT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the award and performance of any USDOT-assisted contract or in the administration of 49 CFR Part 26. For federal-aid contracts, projects are subject to USDOT DBE Design-Build provisions in 49 CFR Part 26 and subsequent publication of the Federal Register dated June 16, 2003 (Volume 68, Number 115). Proposers shall take necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals are provided with a fair opportunity to participate in this Project.
DBE Policy. It is the policy of Xxxx Xxxxx Airport, under the direction of its governing body, the Orange County Board of Supervisors, to promote the objectives of the Department of Transportation with respect to the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in DOT – assisted contracts and other JWA contracts. This policy has been formulated to comply with 49 CFR Part 26. The objectives of the program are as follows:
DBE Policy. It is the policy of the Department that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, as defined in 49 C.F.R., Part 26, as amended, shall have the opportunity to participate in the performance of agreements financed in whole or in part with Department funds under this Agreement. The DBE requirements of applicable federal and state regulations apply to this Agreement; including but not limited to project goals and good faith effort requirements.
DBE Policy. 11 ADOT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, 12 handicap/disability, age or sex in the award and performance of any U.S. Department of 13 Transportation (“USDOT”)-assisted contract or in the administration of 49 CFR Part 26. 14 This Project is subject to USDOT DBE provisions as set forth under 49 CFR Part 26. 15 The Proposers shall take necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that businesses 16 owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals are 17 provided with a fair opportunity to participate in this Project.
DBE Policy. It is the policy of the U.S. Department of Transportation ("DOT") that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises ("DBE's") as defined in 49 CFR Part 23 and Part 26 will have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds under this Agreement. Consequently, the DBE requirements of 49 CFR Part 23 and Part 26 apply to this Agreement. Provider agrees to ensure that DBE’s as defined in 49 CFR Part 23 and Part 26 have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds provided under this Agreement. In this regard, Provider will take all necessary and reasonable steps in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23 and Part 26 to ensure that DBE’s have the maximum opportunity to compete for and perform contracts.
