Common use of Death in Family Clause in Contracts

Death in Family. Upon approval of the Superintendent of Schools, eligible employees will be granted four (4) days of leave with full pay during each school year for the purposes of bereavement upon each death of a member of the employee's family and close relatives, and xxxxxx's family and close relatives.
