Common use of Deduction of Dues Clause in Contracts

Deduction of Dues. The Employer agrees to deduct Union dues each month from the pay of any bargaining unit employee upon receiving written authorization signed individually and voluntarily by the employee. The Employer will deduct dues from the payroll check for the next pay period in which Union dues are regularly deducted.

Deduction of Dues. The Employer agrees to deduct from each pay from employees a sum equivalent to the amount of Union dues each month from the pay of any bargaining unit employee upon receiving written authorization signed individually and voluntarily and/or assessments as advised by the employeeUnion. The Employer will deduct dues from bargaining unit member or Union representatives shall submit the authorization to the Employer’s designated payroll check for the next pay period in which Union dues are regularly deductedofficer.
