Delegate Management. On site Registration and VIP The Contractor shall set up and manage a registration desk at the event. Registration confirmation of all delegates will be provided to DWP at the event. They must also support fast track VIP delegate registrations The Contractor shall ensure that the registration desk is manned in good time and that all registration staff are fully briefed about the event. The Contractor’s registration team shall inform the Contractor’s event co- ordinator of the arrival of key officials and speakers. The Contractor shall design, produce and issue lapel pin delegate name badges. The Contractor shall provide and operate facility to quickly print replacement and additional delegate badges should they be required. Manage and support the VIP Guests and Speakers in a dedicated space within the venue The Contractor shall collate and distribute delegate packs to delegates on arrival at the event (having arranged for them to be transported to the venue). The packs will need to be in accessible formats if requested by the delegate. The information to go into the delegate packs will have been supplied to the Contractor at least one week before the event by the Event Co-ordinator. Some last minute alterations may be necessary, however, in such circumstances; the Contractor will be provided with revised materials as soon as they are available. The Contractor’s registration staff shall also act as stewards to assist and guide delegates from the registration desk to the main auditorium and around the venue. All staff will need to wear business dress to the event.

Delegate Management. Delegate Invitation The Contractor is required to market the conference to delegates (attendance is by invitation only) - to encourage attendance. The supplier will be required to issue invitations to possible delegates. An online (easy to use - accessible) registration process will need to be developed to collect details of potential delegates. An alternative accessible registration process will also need to be in place for those people who cannot, or prefer not, to use the internet. In addition to delegates who register using these routes, Event Co-ordinator will also supply contact details of additional people to invite. Applicants who have applied online, or though the registration process will provide their accessibility needs. This information will inform the Contractor of which accessible formats are necessary for invitations and other delegate information (e.g. Braille, large print, BSL, audio, Welsh, etc). The Contractor will be required to issue all relevant information for the event, in whichever format is requested.
Delegate Management. 4.11.3.1 If requested by the Contracting Body(s) the Supplier shall provide delegate management service(s) incorporating registration, provision of information, reception and management during the event. The specific needs of disabled delegates shall be addressed within this provision in terms of access to the registration service and recording of any special requirements, including, but not limited to, access and dietary requirements.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Performance Management 17.1 The Contractor will appoint a suitable Account Manager to liaise with the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager. Any/all changes to the terms and conditions of the Agreement will be agreed in writing between the Authority’s Strategic Contract Manager and the Contractor’s appointed representative.

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement.
