DELIVERY MANAGEMENT. The method by which the servicing bay and other servicing areas are to be managed is to be described in detail. This is to include identification of the operator / operators of the servicing areas and the number of staff they will have in operation at any one time, shift times or other variations in staff numbers are to be noted. The methodology of any security inspections or other security related measures or assessments that will be undertaken is also to be described in detail. Please note that all security inspections or other security related measures or assessments are to be undertaken within the curtilage of the Site, at no stage may any inspections be undertaken on the public highway or other area covered by a public right of way.   • Account Management 15.1 The Contractor is required to provide a dedicated Strategic Account Manager who will be the main point of contact for the Authority. The Strategic Account Manager will:  Attend quarterly, or as otherwise agreed, review meetings with the Authority, in person at the Authority’s premises or other locations as determined by the Authority  Attend regular catch-up meetings with the Authority, in person or by telephone/videoconference  Resolve any on-going operational issues which have not been resolved by the Contractor or Account Manager(s) and therefore require escalation  Ensure that the costs involved in delivering the Framework are as low as possible, whilst always meeting the required standards of service and quality.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Virus Management Transfer Agent shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within the Transfer Agent environment.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Inventory Management The Subrecipient must submit an annual statement identifying the status of all equipment and non-real property items purchased with ESG funds by the contract termination date. The status report should inventory all equipment and non-real properties purchased with ESG funds and state the condition of the equipment and its location.

  • Communications and Operations Management a. Network Penetration Testing - Transfer Agent shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data. Transfer Agent shall have a process to review and evaluate high risk findings resulting from this testing.

  • Incident Event and Communications Management a. Incident Management/Notification of Breach - Transfer Agent shall develop, implement and maintain an incident response plan that specifies actions to be taken when Transfer Agent or one of its subcontractors suspects or detects that a party has gained material unauthorized access to Fund Data or systems or applications containing any Fund Data (the “Response Plan”). Such Response Plan shall include the following:

  • Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project manager executing any or all of the following: • Development of Project Charter • Development of project plan and schedule • Coordination and scheduling of project activities across customer and functional areas • Consultation on operational and infrastructure requirements, standards and configurations • Facilitate project status meetings • Timely project status reporting • Address project issues with functional areas and management • Escalation of significant issues to customers and executive management • Manage project scope and deliverable requirements • Document changes to project scope and schedule • Facilitate and document project closeout
