Delivery of Instructor Led Training. 4.1. Instructor Led Training covered by the Agreement and this addendum MAY ONLY BE DELIVERED by an Internal Trainer or by other employees of the Licensee under the direction and guidance and supervision of an Internal Trainer. The Licensee must maintain at least one Internal Trainer. Each Internal Trainer(s) name, email address and the specific workshops for which they are certified to teach are to be listed in Exhibit B. The Licensee must notify CSI of any changes to the list of employed Internal Trainers within thirty (30) days of the change. An Internal Trainer may not teach any Workshop for which the Verification is not complete, unless under the direction and guidance and supervision of an Internal Trainer with appropriate Verification for that Workshop. In order for an Internal Trainer to maintain certification, each Internal Trainer must provide at least two (2) Workshops, each of which must be at least one (1) day in length, within a twenty-four (24) month period for each category of workshop for which they are an Internal Trainer. Beginning on the second year of the yearly anniversary date of the Agreement and every two (2) years thereafter, Licensee will provide CSI with a list of all current Internal Trainers and certify that each listed Internal Trainer complies with the requirement to provide two (2) Workshops within a twenty-four (24) month period.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.

  • Instructors 7.1 All instructors teaching Xxxxxx College courses offered as part of this CCAP Agreement must meet the minimum qualifications for instruction in a California community college as set forth in Title 5 California Code of Regulations, Sections 53410 and 58060 or as amended, and be hired by the CLPCCD.

  • Instructor Associated with the position of Instructor is a nominal workload of 195 hours per half-credit course. The non-classroom time is made up of preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking or grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty. In the case of a two-hour lecture per week, or the equivalent of a two-hour lecture per week, the incumbent shall also be responsible for the first hour of seminar in each course.   • Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates.
