Dental Expenses. If within the Operative Time an Insured Person sustains Bodily Injury resulting in Dental Injury the Company shall indemnify the Insured for the benefit of the Insured Person for reasonable expenses necessarily incurred on the advice of a Qualified Medical Practitioner in accordance with the Sum Insured shown in the Personal Accident Specification.

Dental Expenses. The employer shall reimburse an employee, on the presentation of receipts, for expenses incurred in dental treatments for the employee him/herself and his/her spouse, son(s) and daughter(s) to a maximum of (*) per year per employee, plus an additional (**) per child (e.g., Maximum yearly benefit to an employee with two (2) children shall be (***)) in each full year following his/her first anniversary date. This coverage shall be prorated for part time employees and for partial years of work. During an employee’s first year of service, the employee’s entitlement shall be on a prorated basis, according to the following formula: number of months worked/ twelve (12). However, the employee shall not be entitled to submit receipts and be reimbursed until he/she has completed six months of service.
Dental Expenses the amount to which the employee is eligible to be reimbursed by the employer annually for dental expenses shall be determined as follows: Employees in the appliance plant; Regularly scheduled is forty (40) hour work week. Calculation: Employees in the plant office; Regularly scheduled is thirty-five (35) hour work week. Calculation: Plus an additional amount per child as indicated in article 27.01 [note: this amount is not prorated]
Dental Expenses. Pursuant to the cover for “Medical expenses abroad” and within the limit specified therein, dental expenses considered an emergency shall be covered, excluding endodontic work, cosmetic reconstructions of previous work, dentures, veneers and implants, up to a limit of 60 Euro.
