DEPLOYMENT OF RESOURCES. Critical Concepts Critical to the success of this deployment plan is the concept of an efficient timeframe for deployment. If a requested resource is not available for deployment as requested, alternative sources must be identified. Additionally, it is critical that all resources deployed are adequately documented and tracked. This is important for both safety and cost accounting purposes. Time Frame for Deployment • Rapid Response: In many emergency situations, a rapid deployment may be deemed necessary and authorized as a Rapid Response. Time frame for deployment of these missions shall be as soon as possible, preferably within 1 hour of notice of dispatch and authorization. Unless otherwise stated, the anticipated duration of the deployment will be up to 24 hours. The request will direct the deploying resources to respond to the designated Staging Area or check-in area identified by the IC. The Staging Area shall be under the direct supervision of a Staging Area Manager. Responding units should plan to be self-sufficient for the length of the assignment. • Standard Deployment: Unless specified otherwise at the time of request, the standard for deployment of resources shall be within three (3) hours of notice from the Dispatch/authorization. Deployed resources shall report to the designated location identified in the deployment request. For incidents greater than rapid response, responders need to be self- sufficient for the first 72 hours. Consideration shall include transportation, food, and overnight shelter. • Credentialing: Credentialing will be maintained at local level following accepted standards. Qualification sheets shall be maintained for all individuals being deployed on statewide incidents. Photo ID system may also be used. Level 3 incidents will be trigger point for full credentialing. Level 4&5 incidents will operate under normal local credentialing requirements. Example: Firefighters for level 3 will require Firefighter 1 certification, same for all agencies. Individuals operating at an incident prior to elevation to level 3 will be exempt from credentialing. Appendix E (Incident Complexity and Types) provides additional detail regarding the various levels of incidents. Self Dispatch First Response units and/or individuals shall not self dispatch to planned activations. DEPLOYMENT OF RESOURCES.  Each member of the team must be a full time employee of the bidder/under contract with the bidder for at least the entire project period.  Selected Bidder shall provide detailed CV for each of the resource before deployment at RISL/ DoIT&C.  It shall be the responsibility of the selected bidder to verify the qualifications and experience indicated by the team in their profiles before profiles are passed on to RISL/ DoIT&C. RISL/ DoIT&C reserves the right to conduct interview, verify and Rate Contract for Setting up of IT Fun City (Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery) at Jaipur cross check the credentials and qualification for the proposed staff/ resource. If any proposed resource does not go through the interview/ does not meet the criteria, then the bidder shall provide alternate profile to RISL/ DoIT&C within 5 working days.  If during the course of engagement, it comes to notice that any team member has misrepresented the facts about his/her qualification/experience, the selected bidder will have to terminate the services of such member immediately, and shall have to provide suitable replacement within 15(fifteen) days.  No resource deployed under this project will work on any other engagement and a declaration for the same shall be provided by the selected bidder.  The RISL will not be responsible for any dispute that arises between bidder‟s team deployed for the project and the bidder due to non/under payment, service conditions, etc. In case the RISL/ DoIT&C/ designated department is made a party in any such court case the bidder will bear any/all losses/ expenses on account of such cases.  It will be responsibility of bidder to verify past record of each and every team member of the deployed team. It will be binding on bidder not to appoint/hire any team member with criminal background or those found guilty of indulging in anti- social and anti-national activities.  The selected bidder shall be liable for all pays/salaries to the deployed team, and shall also be responsible for complying with all the statutory liabilities, including payments/contributions towards all statutory dues connected to and/or related to the employment of the team members sent to RISL

Immediate Need Response: In many emergency situations, a more rapid deployment may be deemed necessary and authorized as an Immediate Need Response. Time frame for deployment of these missions shall be as soon as possible but preferably within thirty (30) minutes of notice of request to the supporting agency. Unless otherwise stated, the anticipated duration of the deployment will be less than 24 hours. Deployed resources shall respond to the location designated at time of dispatch. It is anticipated that immediate need requests will have shortened preparation time frame, and agencies should have prepared “go bags” for quick deployment.

The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Performance of Services The Contractor is responsible for fully meeting all obligations set forth in the Contract and for providing Product in accordance with the Contract or any Authorized User Agreement.

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.

  • Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan.
