Design Implementation. Developer, through the appropriately qualified and Registered Professional Engineers identified in Developer’s Project Management Plan in accordance with Section 3.2.5 of the Technical Provisions, shall furnish designs, plans and specifications in accordance with the PPA Documents. Developer shall cause the engineer of record for the East End Crossing to sign and seal all Final Design Documents.‌

Design Implementation. The District shall compensate CFW the contract fee of two and one-half percent (2.50%) of the Project Costs, as defined below, and identified in Exhibit B, (hereinafter, the “Contract Price”) for each Project for the Scope of Work identified in Exhibit A, Section A. Project Costs shall be defined as all costs, fees, and expenses to be paid by the District to complete the acquisition, design and/or construction of each Project identified in Exhibit B that are implemented during the term of this Contract. Project Costs shall include but not be limited to the costs, fees and expenses related to the acquisition, planning, design, bidding, management and construction of each Project. Project Schedule shall be defined as the duration of time identified in Exhibit B to complete each Project. Project Costs and Project Schedule shall be initially estimated, subject to review and update every six months or upon completion of the project, whichever occurs first, to reflect actual costs incurred, and anticipated to be incurred by the District in order to complete the Project. The monthly payments to CFW shall be calculated as follows: (1) the total Project Costs, as defined herein, shall be multiplied by 2.50% (the “Design Implementation Fee”); (2) this amount shall then be divided by the scheduled duration of the Project as identified in the Project Schedule in Exhibit B. This shall establish the “Average Monthly Fee”. CFW shall be paid the Average Monthly Fee each month for the duration of each Project under management up to the maximum fee which is equal to the Contract Price. CFW shall submit monthly invoices consistent with the formula described above.

Implement a rigorous career-themed Program of Study appropriate for the themed major, open to all students based on interest, and provides students the opportunity to attain NAFTrack Certification. C. Use the NAF curriculum or other approved third-party or state-approved curricular materials aligned with NAF curriculum standards. D. Infuse all courses with project-based learning activities, preparation for internship and other work-based learning experiences, reading and writing experiences, oral communication, and problem-solving skill development. E. Designate a NAF academy director (a district staff person, an onsite school administrator, or a NAF academy teacher with release time.) F. Establish a local, district, or regional NAF Advisory Board. G. Establish a four-year sequence of work-based learning activities for students in NAF Academies including a culminating compensated internship. H. Maintain academy-related data in the NAF Data Center and provide other relevant data as requested. Complete the annual Data Center submission and Academy Assessment process by the annual deadline defined by NAF. I. Participate in NAF’s student assessment and certification system, referred to as NAFTrack Certification. In this connection, NAF provides assurance that any student level data collection fully complies with the Family Educational and Privacy Rights Act, 20 USCA § 1232g (“FERPA”).

The DISTRICT agrees to: 1) pay to NAF, within 45 days upon receipt of an appropriate invoice, an annual network membership fee, in accordance with the fee schedule attached hereto as Attachment A, based on the number of Academy Programs in the DISTRICT. Attachment A can be amended at any time by NAF without changing the terms of this Agreement. High School and District Profile; iii. Advisory Board Membership, Structure and Activities; iv. Academy Internship Reports; v. Graduation Reports; and vi. Yearly Assessments. 8. Complete the annual Data Center submission and Academy Assessment or Roll Forward option by the annual deadline defined by NAF. 9. Participate in NAF’s student assessment and certification system, referred to as NAFTrack Certification the platform that provides lifetime access to NAFTrack Certified Hiring. 10. Continue to provide and support: i. Dedicated personnel supporting the Academies ii. High level of implementation fidelity of NAFs Educational Design in all Academies
Design Implementation. The site is based on a Liferay implementation provided by the computing services of the UPF. Liferay is a widespread open source enterprise portal software product, which was declared "Best Open Source Portal" by the InfoWorld magazine in 20071. The support of the UPF towards this product guarantees that the site will be easy to update and maintain. The design implementation is similar to the UPF standard site. This implementation is consistent with the concepts indicated earlier: it highlights visuals instead of text and it provides easy access to the most recent posts, giving the feeling of dynamicity of the content.

Design Implementation. Peak’s design implementation for a Product will be in accordance with a form of Document Control Request (“DCR”) or Temporary Deviation Authorization (“TDA”) provided by Peak and reviewed, approved and signed by Aksys.
Design Implementation. The RECIPIENT, or its Assigns, shall implement the Illinois EPA approved Design developed under Item 1 of this Agreement. Note: Design implementation may not begin prior to the delivery and approval of SMC and Illinois EPA of the design specifications, pollutant load reduction worksheet, BMP application form, and the 10 year O & M Plan. All required permits must also be secured prior to implementation. The RECIPIENT, or its Assigns, will notify SMC prior to the start of construction and will participate in a pre-construction meeting including any required permitting agencies and the SMC PROJECT manager and environmental inspector. Construction and implementation of the Design developed in accordance with Item 1 of this Agreement must begin by November 30, 2016. In the event that construction and implementation of the Design developed in accordance with Item 1 of this Agreement has not begun by November 30, 2016, the RECIPIENT shall immediately discontinue all work on the PROJECT unless an extension has been requested by the RECIPIENT and approved by the SMC and Illinois EPA prior to November 1, 2016. SMC must receive an extension request no later than October 15, 2016 in order to meet the firm November 1, 2016 extension approval deadline for start of implementation. In the event of such a discontinuation of work, no costs incurred in association with the PROJECT will be eligible for reimbursement by the Illinois EPA. The RECIPIENT, or its Assigns, shall complete the installation and construction of the BMPs by April 30, 2017. Photographic documentation of Design implementation (before, during and after photos) shall be completed and submitted by the RECIPIENT to the SMC by May 31, 2017 for submission to the Illinois EPA.

  • Project Implementation The Borrower shall:

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. If a Spouse fails to execute any document as required by this provision, the court may appoint the court clerk or his or her authorized designee to execute the document on that Xxxxxx’s behalf.

  • Implementation i) Where the job/time sharing arrangement arises out of the filling of a vacant full-time position, the full-time position will be posted first and in the event that there are no successful applicants, then both job/time sharing positions will be posted and selection will be based on the criteria set out in the Collective Agreement. ii) An incumbent full-time employee wishing to share her or his position may do so without having her or his half of the position posted. The other half of the job/time sharing position will be posted and selection will be made on the criteria set out in the Collective Agreement. iii) It is understood and agreed that the arrangement is for a trial period of six (6) months for the full-time employee originating the request. Once the trial period is over, the employee cannot revert to her former position except under (v) below. iv) Where two (2) full-time employees wish to job/time share one (1) position, neither half will be posted providing this would create one (1) full-time position to be posted and filled according to the collective agreement. v) If one of the job/time sharers leaves the arrangement, her or his position will be posted. If there is no successful applicant to the position, the remaining employee will revert to her or his former status. If the remaining employee was previously full-time, the shared position will become her/his position. If the remaining employee was previously part-time and there is no part-time position available, she or he shall exercise her or his layoff bumping rights to obtain a part-time position. The shared position would then revert to a full-time position and be posted according to the Collective Agreement.

  • Implementation Services Vendor shall provide the Implementation Services, if any, described in Exhibit A. The Services Fees for any Implementation Services shall be described in Exhibit A.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Ensign Group shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include: 1. the name, address, phone number, and position description of the Compliance Officer required by Section III.A, and a summary of other noncompliance job responsibilities the Compliance Officer may have; 2. the names and positions of the members of the Compliance Committee required by Section III.A; 3. the names and positions of the members of the Board of Directors who are responsible for satisfying the Board of Directors compliance obligations described in Section III.A.3; 4. a copy of Ensign Group’s Code of Conduct required by Section III.B.1; 5. the number of individuals required to complete the Code of Conduct certification required by Section III.B.1, the percentage of individuals who have completed such certification, and an explanation of any exceptions (the documentation supporting this information shall be available to OIG upon request); 6. a summary of all Policies and Procedures required by Section III.B (copies of the Policies and Procedures shall be made available to OIG upon request); 7. the following information regarding each type of training required by Section III.C: a. a description of such training, including a summary of the topics covered, the length of sessions, and a schedule of training sessions; b. the number of individuals required to be trained, percentage of individuals actually trained, and an explanation of any exceptions. A copy of all training materials and the documentation supporting this information shall be made available to OIG upon request. 8. a description of the Disclosure Program required by Section III.E; 9. the following information regarding the IRO(s): (a) identity, address, and phone number; (b) a copy of the engagement letter; (c) information to demonstrate that the IRO has the qualifications outlined in Appendix A to this CIA; (d) a summary and description of any and all current and prior engagements and agreements between Ensign Group and the IRO; and (e) a certification from the IRO regarding its professional independence and objectivity with respect to Ensign Group; 10. a description of the process by which Ensign Group fulfills the requirements of Section III.F regarding Ineligible Persons; 11. a list of all of Ensign Group’s locations (including locations and mailing addresses); the corresponding name under which each location is doing business; the corresponding phone numbers and fax numbers; each location’s Medicare and state Medicaid program provider number and/or supplier number(s); and the name and address of each Medicare and state Medicaid program contractor to which Ensign Group currently submits claims; 12. a description of Ensign Group’s corporate structure, including identification of any parent and sister companies, subsidiaries, and their respective lines of business; and

  • Implementation Plan The Authority shall cause to be prepared an Implementation Plan meeting the requirements of Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 and any applicable Public Utilities Commission regulations as soon after the Effective Date as reasonably practicable. The Implementation Plan shall not be filed with the Public Utilities Commission until it is approved by the Board in the manner provided by Section 4.9.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
