DETAILS OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 This agreement shall become effective upon the date of acceptance by XXXXX, and shall be in force for the remainder of the fiscal year in which it becomes effective, or unless the Agreement is revoked or terminated for cause as set forth herein, including nonpayment of the yearly participation fee and other fees.
2.2 In order to initiate this agreement, Participant must create an account with XXXXX. An account can be created by Participant visiting the website (xxx.xxxxx.xxx), uploading all required documents, and submitting payment; or by sending copy of the license agreement, required documents, and payments to XXXXX and then activating an account upon notification by XXXXX administrator.

Distributor, as Principal's business partner, seeks profit by providing customers with products and services and has the management right of sales agency in place of Principal. However, Distributor must get advance written consent from Principal before entering into sales agency agreement.
2. Principal, as Distributor's business partner, shall supply Distributor the products and support Distributor faithfully.
3. Principal shall supply Distributor with the products.

DETAILS OF AGREEMENT. The City of Gosnells agrees to:
i. Appoint a Meridian Services employee as an Honorary Inspector under section 27AA of the Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 for a two-year period;
ii. Provide initial training for the correct issuing on infringement notices and issuing of infringement books for the Honorary Inspector; The training will highlight the importance of issuing infringement notices correctly and accurately, all the necessary forms of evidence, which include photographic, written notes taken at the time and potentially oral evidence that may be required in court, should an alleged offender wish to have the matter hear in court:
iii. Provide administration for litter infringement notices issued by Meridian Services within the City including receipt of payment, pursuit of unpaid fines and prosecution;
iv. The City will action clean-up of any dumping occurring on City owned land. Meridian Services agrees to:
i. Nominate an employee to act as an Honorary Inspector within the City of Gosnells;
ii. Issue litter infringement notices where the Honorary Inspector has sufficient evidence to do so;
iii. Provide the City of Gosnells with details of any infringement notices issued no later than the next working day (required so infringement can be lodged at the City to allow payment to be received), including original duplicate notice, photographic evidence and any other supporting evidence;
iv. In circumstances where a line of enquiry exists and which Meridian Services is unable to pursue, provide that information to the City of Gosnells for investigation;
v. Where dumping occurs on private land, Meridian Services will advise the owner or builder (if known to them);
vi. Act as complainant or witness in the relevant circumstances. The flowchart at Appendix 1 provides a process for the execution of this agreement.
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT. Operative Date: 1st July 2015 (Back pay from 1st July 2015) - A 14% wage increase over the next four years with two bonus payments for Homesafe totaling 3%.
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Management Agreement focuses on the provision of the repairs, maintenance, servicing and associated works to the Council’s housing portfolio (“the Service”). In order to provide flexibility in the future, it does not seek to prescribe every element of the Service and as such enables the inclusion of other related areas of service over the duration of the Agreement. Many of the elements of the service are ones which will vary from year to year and such changes and variations will be agreed annually.
1.2 The responsibility for managing the housing stock is with NCH . The basis to this document is to provide a performance framework whereby the Council is assured that the housing stock is well maintained, receives investment in a timely manner, has a wide range of services delivered in a customer focused way and provides value for money.
1.3 This document is not a standalone contract. It is a Management Agreement which is incorporated into the Partnering Agreement.
1.4 All of the terms and conditions of the Partnering Agreement apply equally to this Management Agreement. In the event of any conflicting terms the Partnering Agreement prevails. This Management Agreement lasts for the duration of the Partnering Agreement, subject to clause 15.4.3

Sompo Japan will subscribe to a portion of the new equity scheduled to be issued by Dai-ichi Frontier Life as follows. Percentage stake: Up to 10% (represents Sompo Japan’s stake in Dai-ichi Frontier Life after the share issuance) Issuance method: Private placement Subscription date: To be scheduled around September 2008 Amount of investment: To be determined based on the share price immediately preceding the subscription
(2) Agreements relating to Sompo Japan DIY Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “DIY Life”)
DETAILS OF AGREEMENT. NCSi shall perform the services noted in the Statement of Work and described in detail in Exhibit A hereof (“Services”) during the period and upon the terms and conditions specified in the Statement of Work. NCSi shall further provide all computer hardware and software (“Products”), including but not limited to, all software licenses and accompanying maintenance agreements, at a price not to exceed the amounts provided in the quote attached hereto as Exhibit B. Any party may request changes to the Services or Products. Changes must be requested in writing and described in detail. Any mutually agreed changes must be in writing and signed by all Parties. Changes in the Statement of Work and/or the Product configuration may result in increased or decreased charges.
