DISCIPLINARY MEETINGS AND RECORDS. (1) Employees required to attend investigative meetings with the Employer which may result in discipline or to attend meetings held for the purpose of issuing discipline shall be represented by either a xxxxxxx or the senior xxxxxxx. It is understood that employees may exercise the choice to decline such representation after a brief consultation with their xxxxxxx representative.

  • Disciplinary Meetings In the event a meeting is held for disciplinary purposes, the affected employee shall have the right to have a Union xxxxxxx and/or Union representative present.

  • Disciplinary Meeting Supervisors shall give employees a forty-eight (48) hour notice, whenever possible, of planned disciplinary meetings.
