Disposition of Evaluations. Copies of the evaluations of probationary and permanent bargaining unit members shall be given to the employee at the time of the evaluation conference, be forwarded to the Personnel Department by the immediate supervisor performing the evaluation, and shall subsequently be placed in the employee's official permanent personnel file.

  • Finalization of Evaluation A Written Report 1 Before the evaluation cycle is final, and not later than May 10, a copy of the formal written evaluation report shall be given to the teacher and a conference shall be held between the teacher and the evaluator.
