DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA. The Board shall make available to the President of the Association the regular Board agenda and a copy of the treasurer’s report at the time of distribution to Board members. The Board will provide a copy of the approved minutes of open session Board meetings after they have been approved. The Superintendent will provide copies of other non-confidential Board meeting information upon request by the union president. No information will be made available to the union prior to it being made available to the public or the Board. The determination of what is non-confidential is at the sole discretion of the Superintendent. SUBCONTRACTING The Board and NBESS will work together to contain cost and avoid subcontracting work or services.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Scoping Meeting 4.2.1 A scoping meeting will be held within ten (10) Business Days after the Interconnection Request is deemed complete, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. The Utility and the Interconnection Customer will bring to the meeting personnel, including system engineers and other resources as may be reasonably required to accomplish the purpose of the meeting.   • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Initial Meeting (a) The parties must meet within 10 Business Days after the date of delivery of the dispute notice and attempt to resolve the dispute.
