District to Provide Benefit Plans. (a) The District agrees to maintain the following Employee Benefit Plans, as long as it is within its power to do so, for all employees who are classified as "Regular Full-time" and "Regular Part-time" and have completed at least three (3) months' continuous service unless otherwise specified. Upon becoming eligible to participate in the Plans, an employee shall be enrolled either on the date the employee became eligible or no later than the first day of the next month as determined by the carrier of each Plan. Benefits shall be as specified by each Plan's rules and regulations.
